You may not completely understand the English but the foods still good as A&W should be.Table was dirty and with the last persons tray with the garbage left for me to clean it up. I had to use vinegar packs and napkins to clean the table. People in Welland are to lazy I’m Welland to clean up after themselves.

Just dined in this afternoon- what a fantastic experience here at this location right from the really friendly, and accurate counter customer service lady to the lady who was cleaning the windows. She even asked how we enjoyed our food here!! Will be back again for sure for breakfast- keep up this kid of good customer service as this is severely lacking now in our world- makes fora very pleasant day!

The service at A&W is superb especially the customer service. Today, Supervisor Shilpa made sure our orders were cooked and served freshly, accurately and just on time. A&W is always our go-to restaurant!

Absolutely atrocious, when did your restaurant get so sloppy? The burgers were poorly made, my bun was soggy, fries were plain, 2 of our 3 burgers were incorrect and not labelled. Why are you charging 14$ for a paperthin burger. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone nor will we return.Thanks for ruining lunch.

I wish I could have given this 5 stars. Food was excellent although there were mistakes to my order that were fixed promptly. They seemed to be rushing which caused the mistakes. They do focus more on the drive thru than counter customers. My order took 12 minutes at counter from time of order. Bar brew was excellent. Frozen root beer and sweet cream iced coffee was great.

This review is for the employee who served me as she was great! Fast food is fast food and we all know what to expect. But when a business has a good employee, they should be recognized! The name on the receipt shows as Enening E and this was the evening of June 12. I hope she sees this or her boss sees this and recognizes her for being great!

Our experience at A@W for breakfast was excellent. Our server was very patient, kind, and courteous and offered very good service. She applied coupons to our order and gave us smoothie and latte coupons. We were very pleased with the service and our dining experience was exceptional.

Before I begin this review, I need to make it known that the staff did ask if my family could write a review. That being said, this does not change or influence the following statement;On April 1st, my family was in the middle of moving and we stopped in to grab a quick bite. What we experienced was service expected from a sit down restaurant, not a fast food restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they came to check on us on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok.I do not expect this from any fast food service, but the fact that they went out of their way to go above and beyond says it all, and I am beyond impressed with their service. 10 out of 10, I have no complaints. I look forward to returning to this location.They did ask for a review, but they earned this with their incredible service. A prime example of top tier customer service.
