Local restaurant that caters to asian-loving-dishes in the city. Food is amazing BUT the main cashier is horrifying. Sometime people aren't sure if she's having a bad day, sarcastic or just plain mean. You won't get that customer satisfaction from being served but you will certainly be satisfied with how great the food is. Their fried rice is one of the highlights of their menu and add up a crispy pork belly will definitely be the star of your day.

This place is quite unique in the neighbourhood. Even though it says it’s Chinese yet it’s managed by Filipinos.The taste is yummy I must say I always buy their Oriental fried riceSome reason I find the quantity portion was reduced than before coviD and obviously the price increase .Yet it still tops in my list for sure in Van Horne region .

One of the cheapest but good quality food you can find here in Montreal. I have been ordering food here since 2013. If you want to order here, make a call 30 minutes before so they can cook it for you and just pick it up in the restaurant. The store busy sometimes so expect fast converstations. They only accepts cash and debit. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for everyone who visits Montreal. It is near Metro Plamondon Station (Orange line)

This place was recommended by a friend and had good reviews. However, I was really disappointed! The chicken chow mein which was really bland. Would not go back!

The amount of food for the price is astounding. And the taste is amazing. I'm not going to lie, the place could use some decor and it's not pretty but i guess people come here for the great food with great prices. I recommend getting the Oriental Fried Rice and the Crispy Pork Legs. It's enough to fill up 2 people.

Food and prices are good and decent. But their service brings my rate down to 1. Whenever we call to order, they are always in a rush and are always rude. Their tone of voice shuts me out all the time and rushes me to finish my order. One time, my mom got confused with our order and suddenly the lady just told us to call them back again, which I understood maybe they have a lot of order. But then we called back 6 times and they never responded. Their customer service is so BAD AND RUDE that we ended up eating at kam shing. To the cashiers at chef foo, please learn how to serve your customers because you will lose your customers in the long run. Also please change the way you talk to us because we don’t order your food just to get DISRESPECTED by your AWFUL SERVICE. This is a constant concern of mine and thus, I will not be going back to buy your food. Customer, be warned of their service. Expect the worst from their cashiers.
