Josh tuned an old piano we got a couple months ago, and the difference was night and day. Very happy with his work. He was very informative on the brand and the history of its quality (about which I knew nothing), and even though I booked him for a internal vacuum job as well, he said it didn’t need it and never charged me for it. So thank you, Josh. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joshua today. He was extremely professional while tuning our old piano and took extra time to answer all of the questions we were asking. I’ve never had this joshua character tune a piano of mine but I’m scrolling through these reviews looking at his responses and I’m laughing my head off. I would definitely hire this guy to tune a piano just so I could meet him in person

Josh came to tune my piano for the second time (just shy of 1 year from the last tuning). I thought he did a great job after the first service I had it out for a year ago, and I booked him in for this year. Fast forward to this year, I thought the tuning went well, despite some of his unsolicited and opinionated comments about Covid (he wasn't touting conspiracy theories as some other reviews have noted, but I did think it was unprofessional regardless). Later that evening, I sat down to play a bit only to discover multiple dead keys. Messaged him right away and he came back that same night to fix it. Great! Thought that was excellent service! He didn't charge me for the second visit (within the same day), but did make a sly remark about how everyone should get a freebie" once. OK

Josh was wonderful. Found him to be very respectful and honest. I would highly recommend his services. Our piano has never sounded as good as it does now. Thank you very much. Can not wait to play it for the family.

I do enjoy dealing with a professional; and Josh is definitely a professional. I had the good fortune to spend half hour with Josh while he tuned the piano. I learned more in 30 minutes than I had known in 40 years of playing; from harmonics, pedals, sound board, the pins and lots more. I highly recommend Josh.

We had Josh over to tune our Piano this past week, I couldn't have been happier with his excellent effort in communication prior to the appointment. I received two e-mail explaining his current policies and a phone call the night before. His tuning work is stellar and we were pleased that he was able to level our keyboard the same day without a prior request. Joshua is an excellent professional, easy to deal with and very good at his job. My mom has a nordheimer built in 1918 that has always been in our family (mom since 1953) so it is very precious to us. I don’t have any reservations about trusting him with this piano

Business did a poor job tuning my piano, also this lune runs multiple conspiracy theorist pages and is extremely unprofessional on how he conducts himself. Please control your employees.

So glad that when I had to look for a new tuner, I found Joshua. I have used his services two years now and will be booking again for the annual tuning coming up in a few months. Super nice fella and he really knows his stuff. My piano gets a proper tune and whatever else Joshua feels is necessary. I trust him completely. He is respectful, professional and funny too!
