Hassled me over a survey coupon for two free cookies sent to me via email by using the SUBWAY app. The two working there denied me and argued with me, said I couldn't use a screen shot of the unique code. How else am supposed to do it? They said they talked to me before about it? I used to go there a lot, they probably recognize me from those previous visits. I prefer Salish plaza or any where else! NOT going here again. I don't need the aggravation. Cheap owners breeding cheap employees, give little as you can get away with. I can't wait for the next survey and I'm emailing Subway Canada.

Great Staff. Girls were so friendly, pleasured to serve the customers. Food quality was awesome. Can’t wait for my next visit to this subway .

Friendly girl at the counter, but they don't let customers use the washroom due to Covid? So what I can't even wash my hands before I eat during a pandemic? 4/5 stars because she was friendly and I'm guessing maybe this is a government rule not a store rule.

They need to remember to turn in the open sighn when their open. This has happened more than once now! Its frustrating when she looks at you and wonders why your not coming in....Duh!! Lol

I ordered a BLT SALAD. When my husband picked it up, it was a bowl with onions, green peppers cucumbers. No lettuce, and no tomatoes! Please train your staff properly.

Friendly enough. They don't understand the concept of have it your way, they also don't understand the difference between white cheddar and Swiss. They need more training.

Went there to get a salad , which I get at subway all the time . I asked the guy working there to please cut my cucumber, and he staired at me with a blank face and said no , I asked him why and he just said no . No reason l, no explanation, just no . I couldn't believe # 1 , he wouldn't cut them and 2 he wouldn't give me a reason , like I was a second class citizen. Unbelievably bad customer service. Then I went to a subway down the street and got the best service ever , then they told me that many people have gotten sick from the subway on Yale road . So please please don't eat there . Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been to . If I could give them negative stars I would .
