Worst Supplier on the face of the earth. Can't even maintain a weekly schedule, which forces our business to run out of propane regularly. Very disappointed since these jokers took over Canwest. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called Oct 28 2018; my house propane tank at 16%. Plenty of time right?...Scheduled for 6 days later Monday.Forgot to check Monday.Come Thursday house is at -10 and tank empty.Called and they said oops! We must have forgot to dispatch that, sorry.We’re not coming tonight to help you but for sure we will be there tomorrow morning Friday.Get home Friday at 6pm, tank empty.Called again, they say oops!!! We forgot to dispatch that too!Huh? You forgot? Sorry, it’s he long weekend and we’re not going to come untilSunday.... maybe....Unbelievable, I can’t imagine running my business this way; if I did, I would be broke.I have no words at this point.UPDATE: called Sunday am to double check and was told it’s booked for Wednesday lolSo disorganized.Did get them to come Sunday so that was good they finally made it right.

have been using superior for years. never a problem. always on time.can they make mistakes. probably. not here yet.

I have being dealing with Superior for over 20 year and thy have always being prompt courteous & helpful I v'e dealt with other sopmanys in the past and Superior is just THAT superior to all.

I used these people for my forklifts at my company. DO NOT USE THEM!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM. I have called and booked deliver for propane and they forgot to schedule us. this has happened to us TWICE within a month and a half. When you call and talk to them they are rude and not very helpful. If i could give this company zero stars I would. Please save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

Excellent service, the electronic measure and order service with email notice of delivery works like a charm.

Superior Propane is definitely superior. Their online portal is excellent for tracking my account and I definitely like the ability to track my propane tank fill via WIFI. The service has been great too.

.5 stars? Wish I could, or even less. Filled my sisters tanks half way and charged her double then what she pays for a full tank. -30 to -40 out and she cant heat her house properly because she will run out of propane.

Superior Propane has certainly worked hard over the last several years to improve their service delivery and customer experience. I switched to them 8 years ago, and am happy I didn’t switch back in the first few years when their service was less that acceptable. I would recommend them if you can establish a relationship with the local vendor. This has made a huge difference for me.
