I got some of my jewelry from Her Fashion Vault. I just want to say that everyone working at this store is patient, kind, professional and understanding.Their jewelry is best as in up to date with fashion, bold, creative, and have many styles to cater to any type of customer. I absolutely loved it!After shopping for my sisters wedding as it is all done now, I would only shop at a few stores at Pyal business. From the moment I walked into the store, I knew I came to the right place to buy my wedding jewelry. All of the pieces are absolutely stunning and unique. Every time I show anyone my bridal set, they are amazed with how beautiful and intricate it is. I can’t wait to wear it in a few short weeks! On top of that, I found their customer service to be above par. The owner and each of the girls will go out of their way to make their brides happy. Everyone on the team is so empathetic, kind, and understanding. I would highly recommend Her Fashion Vault to any future brides!!

My husband and I purchased our entire wedding day jewlery from Her Fashion Vault and we cannot be any more pleased. The customer service we received was excellent and the quality of the jewelry is unmatched. We highly recommend Her Fashion Vault for any jewelry needs.

Very overpriced, about 50-80% price mark up compared to other stores in plaza for same items. Staff will not tell you price until the end and it’s very costly. The owner is very rude as well, will tell you off for being on phone in there, not hospitable to customers for changes, jewelry quality not good upon arrival. Many other reviews state similar treatment. Avoid this place.

I had a great time at Her Fashion Vault. Bianca was an absolute gem and definitely genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect jewelry for my wedding day! I was in love with how thorough she was and how she really allowed me to take my time and think through everything. It is on the pricier side but honestly it makes sense with how unique each piece is! Had a chat with Meenu and she was also super pleasant and assured me they are there to support and are actually changing around my tikka to match my outfit. Absolutely in love with this store!!

This review is long overdue! The moment I walked into this store, I knew I was going to walk away with something. Bianca helped me pick out a beautiful wedding set and was so transparent with what options suited me. Lots of premium quality pieces! I do recommend bringing your outfit with you if you plan on trying on pieces. It gives you a true vision!

The lovely ladies of Her Fashion Vault are so helpful and talented. They helped me pick the most beautiful outfit for my maayan-jaago which was high quality, classy and absolutely perfect just like everything they create. I highly recommend a visit to their beautiful shop which always smells amazing and is a refreshing change from the general chaos that comes with Punjabi wedding shopping. You can trust Meenu, Bianca, and Simran to give you their honest opinions and oh so patiently help you find the perfect pieces for your celebrations. I dont even know where to start from, but her fashion vault's team customer service is as exceptional as their jewelry. Wedding shopping itself is very stressful, but Bianca, her mom and entire staff was soo generous and accommodating.. Bianca's mom made entire process of jewelry selection so easy and comfortable. I went there just to buy my wedding day jewelry but their jewelry is so beautiful that I end up getting all my jewelry for all other events as well. Bianca went above and beyond to make my day even special with all the details. Each and every penny spent there was worth it.Each and every jewelry piece turned out exactly how I imagined. Can't wait to work with them again for all the weddings coming up in our family.

I purchased my wedding set from Her Fashion Vault and I would not recommend this store to anyone. The morning of my wedding I went to put my earring on and the whole front piece detached from the pin/backing. Thankfully my makeup artist came up with the solution to nail glue it to my ear and it held all day but had that not worked – I wouldn’t have had any bridal earrings to wear on my wedding.I wish I had read these Google reviews because I can definitely agree with other people that although her jewelry looks very nice and high end, the quality is bad.I was stressed out the whole day that the earring would not hold with the glue. I waited 3 weeks after the wedding finished to have a conversation with Meenu to talk about what happened and come up with an appropriate solution given that I paid $1,600.00 for this set after taxes (which only included the necklace, faulty earrings and a passa - there was no nath or tikka included in that price). She offered to fix the earring (which is useless to me now since I bought it for the wedding) but otherwise took no accountability for what happened. She was unprofessional and telling me things that were completely irrelevant to me as a paying customer like how she apparently has “narrow” profit margins.She refused to offer a partial reimbursement for selling me tin foil quality jewelry. She was very defensive and asked for a couple of days to think things over and she would call me back. She never called me back and never responded to my email. It took 5 weeks and multiple calls from myself to the store to figure out what was going on with my earring.I wouldn't recommend doing any jewelry shopping here. Her prices are ridiculous compared to other stores in Payal Business Center (e.g. Jiji’s, Paras). Meenu is sweet as pie when you meet her, she's very friendly and speaks highly of her products. But if something goes wrong (as many of these Google reviews indicate), she will take no accountability and completely brush you off. It's not worth the stress of worrying on your wedding day if the jewelry you paid thousands of dollars for is even going to hold up.
