What an amazing service!I had a different company come, did a poor job and then wouldn’t answer their phone when I tried to call back for support.Halifax plumbing talked me through how to manually drain my sewer and what to do until I can get ahold of the original guy. Didn’t even charge me a dime.I know where I’ll be calling first next time.Thank you for your help and I’m sorry I didn’t think to call you first.

We found a second leak coming from our shut off valve while contractors were starting restoration work from another leak. We called numerous plumbers to try and get it looked at quickly so the leak could be found and repaired, and restoration work resumed, and Halifax Heating and Plumbing came through! I regret that I did not catch the name of the plumber, but she was professional, quick, and so friendly and helpful! She even gave me some tips to make sure we don't run into any similar issues anytime soon.Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced - I will absolutely use this company again for any plumbing needs!

I was speechless how quick they responded to our calls, the quality of their work and the pricing are excellent compared to other companies. From now on they will be servicing and repairing our buildings and no one else.

We called them to have a drain cleared last week ( specifically the building trap in our old house) , which they did quickly, and we were very happy that they responded quickly.They were pleasant etc...It only took about 30 minutes,all they did was use a cordless snake drill to clear the trap. We paid the minimum service charge of $250.The technician said to call them if anything went wrong and they would come back and check it out/fix it.We were happy at this point.This was all fine, but 5 days later the drain started backing up again, so I called them back, described the problem and said we'd need them to come back and look at it. I hadn't even mentioned money or anything and literally the first thing the voice on the line said waswe don't guarantee sewer lines and it will be the full charge for us to come back"This is awful customer relations

When other companies said it would be a few weeks wait for an emergency plumbing repair. Halifax Plumbing came the day we called, which means I don’t have to shut down my business for a few weeks!!!! Wow thank so so much and the person who came was very professional and pleasant. Definitely will use this company always moving forward.

We called Halifax Plumbing and Heating to re-install our dishwasher and hook up our new sink after our cabinets were replaced.First off, the individual they have coordinating the call-outs and answering the phone was very kind and helpful, as we don’t have much experience in this area. They were extremely accommodating after having to reschedule at the last minute due to a misunderstanding on our end about the countertop installation. They were able to come out on the next business day and sent G and her apprentice Rob. G and Rob were professional and did an amazing job hooking everything up for us. It looks so clean and we are thrilled to have a functioning sink again :) they also walked us through how to test our dishwasher in detail for when we have the power hooked up to it. We will definitely call them in the future when we require a plumber and highly recommend others to do so as well. Thanks so much!

James came by today and replaced my water pressure tank system. Super friendly guy and cleaned up the area well too. Fair pricing and I highly recommend this business. He also offered a military discount which was very appreciated!

They came the same day, on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Lost water pressure Saturday evening, unable to restart my pump. After many calls to companies, James answered and booked to come on Sunday. I sent pics of my system and he was very honest and upfront that the job looked quite big but he would try to get me water. He came for 2.5 hrs on Sunday then his staff returned to repair system fully on Monday. Even after all work completed and I made a mistake he came back a third time.After an emergency weekend call and major system refit, I was thrilled at the efficiency of service, quick response time and very happy at the cost of service. What was quoted was the cost with no hidden fees.This company is great! Staff are both professional and personable. I cannot recommend them enough. Halifax plumbing and heating will be called for any future work needed at my home

They were very responsive, showed up on time, were polite and professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. They are my go-to plumbers now.
