The building is lovely and quiet. The location is great. The only issue is that we signed for 2 vehicles for our lease and only have parking for one. Even though we have a two-bedroom apartment.(Place Riverain)

My family and I are upset with how things rolled around, we got an appointment to visit an apartment at the Promenade 9, of course fell in love with it, but there was a couple before us that had first choice. We told them we have 2 small 6+3 years old children and absolutely want a 3 bedroom. They gives us the option of the 2 bedroom and den at Sentier . Basically sold us on how perfect it was and if the apartment at the 9 did not work out that the Sentier would still be great option. So few days later our family visits the Sentier apartment, as the other couple chose the promenade 9. We decide it will work for our family start the application just for the leasing coordinator to discourage us from taking it as its more of a mature building and that we would get complaints because small children can be loud and the apartment is made out of wood so the noise would not cancel out like the promenade 9 would. Although they don't have a no child policy so i am not sure how we could get complaints on our kids but any how.... So all that to say instead of being told no sorry we don't have any availability for your type of family, they wait till after we apply for it to discuss maybe not our best option and that the ball was in our court if we thought the building would still be a good fit for us.. Of course we are stepping out as we don't want people on our back for our children being *to loud* and all we get back is crushed hopes and wasted time.Beautiful apartments though if you don't have small children!

I live in the Riverain building in Dieppe. The building is nicely located and quiet. If you're thinking of moving there however know that you only have one parking space even though it's mostly 2 bedrooms units... the second vehicle have to be parked at the Sentier building or else you'll get towed... when I signed my lease they accepted that I signed for two vehicles but didn't tell me about this issue. If I would of known there was only one parking per unit I wouldn't have signed my lease. My boyfriend and I live together and we both work in Moncton so we got to have two vehicles.

Our move to Promenade Neuf has proven to be an excellent decision; all around. The build quality is excellent, the design/layout compliments our pre-retirement lifestyle, and the Quest team is professional and principled. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to reside in a clean, quiet, quality built, care-free environment.

Businesses often ask us to write reviews and I decided to share my experience of yesterday as a resident of Promenade Neuf in Dieppe, NB owned and managed by “Quest”. To give some background, for the past year, without proper notice to its residential tenants who may loose quiet/peaceful enjoyment of their apartment, Quest and its affiliated company, Avant-Garde Construction, conducted leasehold improvements to a suite reserved for their own offices. Likely to save costs, it took them over a year to finish the project which should have been completed in likely less than 6 months (they were not conducting leaseholds to the Empire State building). During that time, there was constant drilling in the concrete structure, etc. causing a real disturbance to the tenants right above. Trying to be patient and understandable, I never complained until a few months ago when I asked them when they would be completed and they finally finished the work a few weeks later. Fast forward a few months, yesterday to be more specific, I receive a voicemail saying that they will be finishing touch construction work between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. I was pleased to finally receive such courtesy. What I didn’t expect was that they would be hammer drilling at putting nails until 11:55 pm. creating real disturbing noise to a point that it was difficult to hear the sound from my TV and I obviously wasn’t able to sleep. The clear indication that I, along with other tenants of Pomenade 9, are getting from Quest and senior management thereof is that they are more concerned about not disturbing their own employees during the day (because their staff is working from that suite) even if at the cost if disrupting the residential tenants who are indirectly the ones paying them and allowing Quest to grow. It is like not respecting the cows that provide the milk.Unless it was an emergency which it wasn’t because they told me it was just to finalize a few things, then it is inexcusable period.I want Quest to succeed, and I can only I hope that if they see this message that it will make them rethink of their unreasonable actions moving forward.#Quest #questproperties #questcapital #promenadeneuf #promenade9

We have been living at Promenade 9 since its opening on Feb 1st.The building is a first class modern building, run by a first class team of dedicated people. They went out of their way to make the challenges of a pandemic start up seem like a breeze. Looking forward to continued enjoyment of the spacious accommodations and stunning views.

We love the view of the Marsh, we love to walk on the trail directly in front of us, and we love our corner unit. It is spacious and provides so much natural light. We are part of nature here.Quest has been very attentive to both our requests and any issues that have arisen in a prompt and professional manner. We have every confidence that this will continue. Thank you for allowing me to send this positive note of review.Janet Warner and Don Duguay
