Caren is wonderful - I always look forward to coming to my appointments! She is a treat to talk to, and does an excellent job with electrolysis. I remember getting laser hair removal in the past and it was such a drag. I highly recommend Hairender and Caren!

I love HairEnder! Caren is not only friendly and professional, but amazing at what she does! I have very sensitive skin and Caren cares enough AND knows enough to modify her work accordingly. I've been to another place in the past for electrolysis but had to stop because my skin was reacting so bad. The technician then, didn't adjust for my skin and I walked away so disappointed thinking I'd never be able to complete my electrolysis.Caren was recommended to me by a friend who also has sensitive skin and she did not disappoint! I would absolutely recommend HairEnder to other friends!

I have tried several places prior to Hairender. Crystal is by far the best esthetician. What I like most is that she is extremely honest in her dealings. She is patient, empathetic when I felt pain and detail-oriented. This clinic practises good hygiene which is very important for electrolysis.

After spending tons of money on laser for years with no result, I found Hairender and was impressed by the permanent outcome. It took a few months of regular treatments, weekly at first, then bi-weekly, then monthly and finally quarterly visits, to fully eradicate the hair growth. So happy, relieved and grateful to Ronda. About 20 years ago Ronda treated an area on my face that I don't have to worry about anymore. Recently I decided to try the popular lazer for another area. After several months of expensive, painful and useless sessions I went back to Hairender. Not only is it working so much better with excellent results but I actually look forward to see Ronda who manage to turn these sessions into a relaxing spa. I went from self conscious to confidence in a short time. Ronda is a professional with a great personality and consider myself lucky to have found her.
