Had an emergency at 3am on Canada Day for my business. After calling multiple locksmiths per my google search and got turned away, I came across Securewise where Marc picked up within 3 rings and arrived within 35 minutes.He was transparent and thorough with his communication. Mark at Securewise was amazing. Used him now a couple times . Had a tenant leaving that had caused issues. Had to have the locks changed ASAP. Called Mark as he was recommended to me. He was working all the way in Burnaby but he told me because of my situation he would make time that day to come and replace all my locks. He did a fantastic job. Very competitive pricing. I was very happy with the job.

We unfortunately had break ins on January 2nd and now on February 2nd at 1:30am at Caster Town. Marc arrived both days within 45 minutes and replaced the locks and supplied us with new keys on both occasions. I was fortunate to have picked him out of the myriad of locksmiths the first time. He is helpful, educated in his field and a true gentleman.

We have a door that has never latched properly and finally after 16 years the internal mechanism broke so I couldn’t open the door. I emailed Marc at Securewise Locks at 7:30 PM on a Tuesday evening and promptly received an email back and phone call from Marc that evening helping me diagnose the problem.Marc was willing to walk me through the repair on the phone but I quickly determined that it was best for Marc to come and repair it in person. Marc came to my house the next day and replaced the handle mechanism and straightened and filed down old door jam and now after 16 years our door finally latches smoothly and securely! Great, prompt, and friendly service at a fair price!

Marc helped us with a stuck lock to our business, very much after hours. He made quick work of it and was on his way - lovely guy and professional service
