BC CDC Tuberculosis Clinic

Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes until I have to leave for work. I have been there before but only waited for 30 minutes but this time was worst. The receptionist kept telling me to wait to be called. There were 3 nurses but only one was seeing patients until she went for lunch break. The other 2 nurses did not call any patients from the start that I was there so I don't know why receptionist insisting that there were 2 other nurses available while the only nurse who was so busy seeing patient was on break. I have to walk out without telling the front desk as there's no bodybody there that time only one patient who just came.

I’ve been Calling to ask if they manage to book me an appointment! Because when i was there their system is down and couldn’t book any appointments i’ve been calling and no body answer my call even though when i was in the office just the other both girls in the front desk are doing nothing and just having a chitchat about their dog’s and everything so disappointed…

I don't think that they'll be answering my phone call anytime soon!! I missed my appointment for the result and nobody called me back to ask or reschedule! I've been calling for days to reschedule but it's always busy up to 1 hour wait on hold! Even though when I was there before both ladies were just sitting with no phone calls! Do I have to drive 25 minutes to the clinic to book an appointment? I'm so disappointed this is so bad!

The clinic called me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor decided to be away on that day. I came 5 weeks later on the rescheduled date and found out that my appointment was not in their computer system. I was added on and had waited for over one hour to see the doctor. When we finally got to see the doctor, he ask How are you?" while looking at his phone facing back to us. The whole experience with the administrative staff and the Doctor was unpleasant !"

Every time we go here we need to wait for a long time even though you have an appointment which is so annoying. The appointment that you have is not followed, still need to wait 30-1 hr to see the doctor and the nurse.. very disappointing.

I had to get a TB skin test done in order to be cleared to go on a new type of medication. Everyone I encountered at the TB clinic treated me kindly and with the utmost respect. Everything was explained to me in clear detail so I knew exactly what to expect in regards to the testing, and all my questions were answered. The tuberculin injection was easy and didn't hurt much at all. For both appointments, I was seen on schedule with no wait required. Thank you for such a smooth experience!

Every time we have to wait so long to be seen during appointment. Every time the doctor says we will call for appointment, no one calls back. When I call i have to wait so long before anyone picks up however i have seen there are 3 people in the reception and they are not on the phone most of the time. They just book appointments without asking and they do not even inform. If you miss it or call back than you have to wait for another month. I wish they could be little bit helpful

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MEDICINE BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME AND NEVER DID. I CALLED MYSELF AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS OF WAITING (ABOUT 4 WEEKS) AND THEY SAID OH SORRY" AND BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT.NOW I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY MEDICINE AND I CALLED IN AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP AFTER DAYS AND DAYS OF CALLING. THE NURSES AREN'T CALLING AND I'M SO HOPELESS.WHAT TYPE OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS ARE THESE?!?!?YOU ALL DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE HEALTH CARE FEILD BECAUSE YOU AREN'T TAKING YOUR PATIENTS SERIOUSLY!!!!HOW CARELESS!! SOMEONE'S HEALTH IS NOT A JOKE.I have been waiting on the line for over an hour! Unbelievable right?"
