Ordering was quick and easy. Sales staff were very helpful to get sizing correct.Minor nit pick is waist elastic is tight.This jacket replaced a previous 25 year old jacket…. Zip out liner is perfect for year-round use. Overall quality is great.

I bought the backpack rucksack and it’s such good quality and I know it will last a lifetime. At first I thought it was too stiff and bulky especially for my frame and height (I’m 5’4). It is softening now and will be perfect in a couple months of wear. I probably should have gone with the student or tech backpack since it would’ve suited my frame and height better. But in the end I’m very happy with my purchase and will probably buy a smaller pack for every day use.

I have owned an Adam Messenger Bag for a couple years now. At first I barely used as having a daily bag was not part of my routine, however, over the last 6+ months I have been bringing it everywhere.As a gift for our 9th Anniversary, I purchased another bag from Hides for my wife. The shipping got delayed quite a few days, but after reaching out on the website chat, they went above and beyond with their service to make up for it and I’m a fully satisfied customer.

I have bought two bags from Hides and both experiences were really great. The first was a Christmas gift a couple years back. The bag was beautiful and lovely, but didn't work out for the person receiving the gift and I returned the bag ( it was a tough decision!) The return was incredibly smooth and the money was returned immediately. I have no complaints whatsoever.The second purchase was for myself after seeing the high quality of the first purchase. I researched A LOT about leather bags and Hides checked all the boxes - vegetable tanned leather, proper grommets and buckles to hold the weight of the bag, great colours, a lot of reviews complimenting the longevity, etc. I also thought the price was great for the high quality. Plus the Canadian owned company was a major bonus for me!I've had my bag just under a year now and I still completely love it. I love the way it's softening and ageing as I use it and not a thing has gone wrong with it. 100% recommend this company!
