We had Lance install eaves troughs in 2012. They looked good and were completed on time.BUT the troughs were not leveled correctly and water was flowing backwards on two sides. When called to get this corrected, it took 5 left messages and 3 months before they came out. And in the end all they did was suggest that I pay them to fix them.I strongly recommend you hire another company

I chose Lance roofing to redo my roof and they did an excellent job. Guy is a great guy to talk to and all the staff Is very friendly. Customer service second to none and a price no one could touch. Next time I need my roof redone I will be calling Lance Roofing. I highly recommend them.

Seemed to do a better job on the roof at my neighbors across the street than the previous company. Unfortunately he keeps parking on the wrong side of the road with his trailer making it difficult to get in and out of my driveway with my work trailer.

Lance roofing was used in the build of my house and although I thought they were pretty good in the beginning after a few years it has become apparent that they did the job incorrectly causing water infiltration into my home.The were also suppose to come back to put in roof vents that were not installed. They told me they would be back in May, then it was July then it was October and then they said they didn't have time to do it. So for the 2nd winter water leaked into my house.I never heard from them again. No problem I found some qualified people to do the repair.I just found out now that they installed the metal roof incorrectly, the metal was cut too short so it's now causing more problems and water issues.Nice guys but the quality of work and customer service is unacceptable.

Back in 2015, we had our windows on our house replaced. They guys did a great job! Fast forward to 2021 and we needed our exterior doors replaced, and even after getting quotes from 2 different companies, Wayne gave us the best quote and we knew right then to go back to Lance Windows and Doors. We have had our doors on for a couple of weeks and we love them. Highly recommend!

Drivers in this company’s vehicles should be more respectful and patient. There is no need to aggressively compete for space on the road with a cyclist, especially a parent with a child on board!!

I wouldn't hire this company to sweep my garage. They don't stand behind their work. Please be warned!

I hired them to do a large insurance job. The jobs mostly went without any problem. Then we discovered installation errors plus a manufacturer issue. The manufacturer agreed to replace the roof under warranty. Guy lansard has refused to acknowledge the issues. They dont return calls.Stay away from the guys. There are many good companies out there.

After finalizing the details on a Wednesday the work began the following Monday. The work was completed in 2 days for the price I was quoted. I would recommend Lance Roofing to my family and friends.
