My daughter and I stopped in to purchase skates and helmet, there was only 3 people working, the manager who didn’t acknowledge we were there, a cashier and another guy who talked to another person the entire time we stood behind him at the skate rack and never acknowledged we were there. In total we were in the store for 40 minutes without any service, or acknowledgement what so ever! I’ve never been a fan of the big box stores and this just confirms my dislike! I will stick to my small town sports stores!

A very knowledge, friendly staff all throughout the store. From the goalie staff to the skate sharpening desk to checkout, everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

Returned skates to warehouse via mail on July 15. I called August 9 to ask why I haven’t received a refund. I was told takes it takes 30 days and to call Monday the 15th. I called the 16th and have been told it may take 40-45 days and they will open case today which may take 5-7 days to get initial response. Also advised there were some holidays so it hasn’t really been 30days. Very disappointing! 40-45 days to send refund. This unacceptable!

Ordered car flags online for $20 each plus shipping, and they are selling them instore for $4.97 maybe sell them for sale price online too, or at least take the sale stickers off so the customer doesn't know you overcharged them

A laughable experience at best. Walked in with my 4 year old son. Maybe 1 other customer in the whole store. No one would help us unless we came over and Interrupted the intense conversation they were having by the cash register. Just felt like a bunch of kids hanging out without a manager. Though 2 employees did come over and suggest their competitors; stating THEY would take better care of us. It’s true, their competitors were much better

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I visited the store today to exchange a broken stick with a replacement. I thought I would quickly be in and out, was I wrong. They did not have the same stick in stock and were not willing to allow me to get another one of the same value. The worst part of the experience was that the manager seemed to find my frustration amusing.

Probably shouldn't say you are open when you aren't. At least have a voice-mail so people can know you are closed and not have to drive an hour to find out at your locked door.Came across 2 other parents that weren't happy either.
