I had already embodied the philosophies of yoga that truly had saved me and carried me a long ways I don't even want to think about where I'd be without yoga—do, do yoga. I believed that I was living in the present moment, it wasn’t until I began integrating that I realized that I had not caught up with myself at all. I began to see the rhythmic patterns of my own energetic pulse, catching my breath slowly under so many tears. Identifying with deeply embedded sub-conscious wounds is a painful and difficult process. I am grateful for the support ✨. I learned how to be there for myself, it sounds simple— but it was not. My process looked like a lot of journalling I think its different for everyone. I had spent a lot of time forming coping mechanisms to avoid my feelings under the illusion of healing and growing. Underneath this hesitation to feel there is quiet. If you can DO learn how to hit pause and breathe. Much Love! <3

Kyla is an incredible woman and I have gotten so much from my sessions with her! Both the counseling and breath work have helped me with my path to grow and nourish the inner self and I look forward to continuing sessions with her for the foreseeable future!
