Drive through experience. Friend asked for no pickles on a chicken sandwich and 10 jalapeño poppers. Received only pickles (and the chicken, just none of the other veggies), and 5 poppers.Went back to ask them about it and they were reluctant to address the issue at first.But my burger was solid so there's that.

I ordered the number 1 combo, and I was very impressed. It was a good burger. I ordered the criss cut fries, and they came out fresh and delicious.My husband ordered the bare minimum cheese mayo and a patty burger. He said it was very charcoally and burnt, maybe as there were no other things to cover the taste???? As mine was good to me. He also ordered the regular poutine, and that was good. Great customer service as well, greeted with a smile and a hello.

Should have left after the smell of old urine came wafting into my window as I was going to pay for my order. I mention to the girl at the window regarding the smell she smiled and said sorry.Waited for 10 minutes in an empty drive thru for my combo and my son's kids combo, once I received the food after a lengthy wait I gave my son the fries after while we waited for the train to pass on Evans rd and to our surprise they where cold and once i got home 5 minutes later the gravy on my poutine was so thick it was disgusting and my burger meat smelt off almost fishy I took a tiny bite of the meat that was outside the bun and spat it right out it tasted rotten.This will be the last time we go here over the experience was totally disappointing

Horrible!!! This place is not fast food. You wait in the drive through 20 plus minutes for them to give you the wrong order! They are clueless there. Last time ever going.

Except for a slim few menu items missing from their US restaurant locations counterparts - this location is great & the closest version of an authentic US location - Although it is pathetic how CANADIANS conduct themselves by leaving ALL their GARBAGE on the table so others can dine with a trashy landscape for a view where literally the trash can is RIGHT next to them - would it k**l ya Canucks to just reach over to the trash can next to ya and clean after yourselves??? You pigs make the AMERICANS look like Mr Clean

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes while they proceeded One vehicle in front of me. The 2 little burgers I had ordered had very little toppings and were cold by the time I received them! I don't understand why they don't ask people to pull around and park like every other fast food joint when they know its going to take a while. Ridiculous!!I love Carl's Jr in California but this was the worst drive through experience Every!

Absolutely terrible customer service! They made a sandwich wrong and instead of just fixing it, the lady started raising her voice at me telling me that I ordered things that I did not order. Will never ever go back to this location - worst service I've ever received!

I ordered a meal with poppers & got this tiny stuff & they wouldn't remake them... they are generally twice the size & have actual filling in them! Won't be back with that level of service

Brought 2 granddaughters for dinner after a movie. The chicken strips were especially good. The girls like their burgers done in very specific ways. They were very accommodating, and the girl behind the counter complimented one of the girls on her politeness.
