We had a custom ring done for our future wedding and not only did it come back exactly like the picture, it was better than we could ever expect. It is truly a work of art and we will use them again! Definitely recommend TB Jewellers to anyone who is looking for custom jewellery.

This is my second time doing a custom design with TB Jewellers! They did NOT disappoint. Years ago, I designed the vine ring with them and then the past few weeks I spent tweaking the design for the matching wedding bands to go with it. It looks absolutely fabulous and I'm so happy with it. They were wonderful with communication. I did have to be patient, but of course I was getting it all during the busy holiday season and I wasn't in a rush so it was totally fine. They responded to every message I sent and sent me pictures of the steps along the way through he design process. They were patient with me as I tweaked things and the finished product came out PERFECT. They are also SO affordable if you're thinking of doing a custom piece, DO IT WITH TB Jewellers.

I love tb jewelry, they where so kind and nice. When I couldn’t afford an expensive piece they offered a similar less expensive piece and held on to it for me when I had to go get cash from the bank very nice people and helpful. 6/5

Went in today for a silver bracelet and Tolga's price was the best I could find. Had it fitted in 5 minutes, even went back later on in the day for a re-fit and did it for me just as quick. No hassle, great guy. Check here first for any jewelry you need.

My fiance and I went to TB jewellers for my engagement ring, we got him to build a emerald cut engagement ring with side stones in the colour rose gold. My fiance was told he would have to pay upfront before the build could start. The company failed to provide a wax mold of the ring and only sent a computer example. When my fiance picked up the ring he asked for a certificate of authenticity and was told he didnt need one. After my finace picked up the ring and proposed, we noticed not long after that the ring had no structural integrity and that the ring would bend if the slightest pressure was applied. The one side stone was so loose it was about to fall out. He also failed to make the ring in rose gold and made it in yellow gold after we reached out to him to ensure it would be made in rose gold. We went back to TB jewellers to see what they could do to fix it, he had agreed that he would fix the ring free of charge because it was his mistake and we explained that we would like extra support under the stones so they would not bend and it to be set in rose gold like we originally asked for. A couple weeks went by and my fiance texted Tolga to see how progress was going, Tolga responded saying it was in production and they were making the ring thicker and with no extra support, after he then stopped responding to his text messages. A week later we went into west edmonton mall to talk to him in person. He would not tell us what was being done with the engagement ring, and when I asked for my ring back he got rude and aggressive, Telling me to get my head checked. This company is extremely unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing with designing rings. The owner is 18 and had no idea how to run a business.

The best experience ever!!! Tb is professional and trustworthy!!! You want quality and great work. This is the most effective and good price place. I’m so grateful. Every place told me it would take two weeks or more to size my rings. Tb took only took 24 hours. The job is just amazing!!!!

My now husband & I tried on many rings at big box stores in person & were never very impressed. When I found TB Jewellers on Instagram, I knew these rings had that IT factor I was looking for! We looked through many different styles, & he ultimately surprised me with the most perfect engagement ring, the Alana moissanite ring! We still both absolutely LOVE this ring! I decided to order 2 custom wedding bands for either side of my oval stone for our ceremony, & I am so glad I did! These rings could not be any more perfect, I am so happy to wear these every day & show them off everywhere we go, we get so many compliments! The quality of the diamond bands is top notch, & my moissanite center stone is SO perfectly clear & shiny all the time, I can't even tell it isn't a diamond! We will definitely use Alexander Sparks in the future for all our fine jewelry needs! Thank you!!!!!

TB Jewellers went above and beyond. My partner got me a replacement necklace for my birthday from TB. It was too small, no questions asked they exchanged it. I was in shock to find out that if it were to break, they would fix it was no cost. Beyond happy with the customer service. I will be going back. This is a great family-owned business would recommend this store.

Recently had the pleasure with dealing with T.B jewellers All I can say is thank u very much u have provided me with the perfect custom engagement ring for my fiance He found me a 1 carat mined dimond with the exact specs i wanted the same day I am a very fussy man and I like quality. T.B provided that in expectations that I thought I never had.The hole process was seemless there is no B. S here they make u feel like family communicating all the way They have my business and my family's for life. Hard to find a legit guine trustworthy person these days especially dealing with presious materials and custom work like they do thanks once again
