The staff, particularly Monica and Harmony, shepherded us through the most difficult time in a warm, kind and perfectly professional manner. This is an especially difficult time to arrange a funeral. They anticipated and dealt with all the details perfectly.

I only have the best to say about Dixon-Garland Funeral Home. My grandparents, uncle and my mom's funeral were held there. Myself and my family were treated with the utmost respect.

Dixon-Garland Funeral Home is the kindest, most thoughtful and customer-oriented funeral home. I feel so lucky that they are the ones who helped me plan my Father's funeral - they assist you with so many details, provide such great support, and are committed to their clients.I can say without hesitation that on the day of my Dad's funeral - I just had to show up and mourn because Dixon-Garland took care of all of the details and logistics.They are generous and incredibly priced. If you've lost someone you love, you can trust that Dixon-Garland will do everything they can to help you through the funeral process. They have so many procedures in place to assist you - from stringent COVID-19 policies, to assistance creating photo memorials, to caring for guests as they arrive. There isn't a detail that Dixon-Garland can't assist you with.I am sincerely hoping I don't have to plan another funeral anytime soon, but if I did - it would certainly be at Dixon-Garland.

Dixon-Garland was the most accommodating and the most approachable of all the funeral homes I talked to in Markham. On the day of the funeral, the staff were patient with my demanding Chinese relatives. Patience doesn't even describe their professionalism. They are the nicest people EVER and very calm. They are easy to work with, very responsive, and they are magnificent. This was not the day I want to deal with drama.I thought a funeral is just a funeral but after seeing what they did, it was honestly a perfect ending. It's thanks to Dixon-Garland (and St. Patrick Parish) that life became sweet. Besides, a funeral isn't for my mother as everyone would like to think. It's for my dad. Also selfishly the funeral was for me. We are the people who continue to live on and carry something called memories.""

Customer service was professional . I dealt with Lino most of the time and he was awesome, he returned my emails so promtly and answered all my questions and concerns.Dealing with wonderful people during such a difficult time was extremely helpful

On March 1st, we lost an amazing man, a husband, father, uncle, brother and dear friend to many. We were all in shock by his sudden passing and not fully prepared in advance for the events that followed. Thankfully we were in the best of hands with Dixon Garland Funeral Home and they helped to get the family ready. Our sincerest gratitude to the Dixon Garland Management and all the staff for making our experience during this difficult time much easier. Dixon Garland helped us host a very loving gathering with family & friends. We could not have asked for anything more.

Terrible experience recently in customer service with Harmony. She need to held accountable. Other staff members made up for it.

Not sure what this place is all about. We had to arrange a funeral service for a relative that had passed away, We went to all three funeral homes in Markham and this one had the highest prices, but at the same time had the smallest and definitely the most dated and worn look. The staff were stuffy and very unaccommodating. Would not suggest this place

Dixon-Garland Funeral Home handled my father's funeral.The staff bent over backwards to see to our every need. Our director was so kind and caring, it made a very difficult time in our lives much easier to handle.
