This store has a lot of variety which it great but it need to work on its cleanliness. All the dressing room mirrors are full of fingerprints and the floors are disgusting. The change rooms also dont have mirrors on the inside so you have to come out to look. For a teenage girl this is no ideal. Also they put clothes back without checking them and my niece tried on a dress with a large very visible stain. Overall not impressed with the Albert st location in regina. I felt gross when I left the store.

cool store, usually have to stand in line for 20 mins just to pay for something...so make sure u have time to shop!

Reasonable prices! I bought a black dress that I love. However I have trouble finding clothes that fit me here. I normally wear a M at other stores and sometimes even a S.I find the L sizes here are usually too small for me and there is no XL. I am definitely not a L or an XL, I have a very small figure. I feel this store is more geared towards teens rather than young adults.

At Albert street urban planet got what we were looking for today is big sale going on 3for 1, mean buy one and two free, good stock going fast, wifey bought some long awaited shoes she has been looking for a while, well she got three different styles. As usual staff is really working hard and should be appreciated with at least a loud thank you and please be nice with them!!!

Good-ish selection but NO MIRROS IN CHANGE ROOM! This will ruin you experience of trying on their clothes..

I was shopping at the store yesterday, abd after waiting in it for over 20 minutes (when there weren't that many people in line) I show the cashier the coupon I recieved by email on my phone that morning, she says I cant use it, doesn't give me a reason why, just says I can't use it. Then she starts badgering y husband to sign up for their email list and he'll het 10% off, after he's told he repeatedly he doesn't want to, I ask her what's the point t of they won't honor the deals they send you? She just give me a dirty look and only talks to my husband from then on, while she keeps asking him to text the code tp the number. We had to ask her multiple times to just let us pay for our stuff and go... terrible experience, we wont be back.

To much woman clothes not enough men's clothes in XL size it's mostly just Small and Medium very disappointed please put more Men's clothes in the store and XL hoodies in the store this is Disappointing for a Tall Teenager like me

I went on boxing day @10:30 locationAlbert street, Regina, Sk.with my friends forshopping generally i really like all clothingstyles there so i spent half hour forselection and then i went for trying mycloths at that time i request for trial room toopen and they said we will not open it itsstore policy i said that its cloths i wanted totry and buy bez i m not from city i don'twanted to come back just to return orexchange and they start laughing at usand said if you don’t want to buy clothsits ok i have said i wanted to buy clothsthats why i am here in the morning andthey humiliate us infront everyone andthen they again start laughing when weare leaving store without buying anythingthus is my worst retail experiance ever.

Every time I go into this store I am thrilled to see all of the clothing options. Yet you can't find a single person who wants to help in this store. I understand that staff get busy but I waited in the non-existent line for someone to ring me through for at least 5 mins. There were 4 staff members at the tills and no one would wave me over. I really do value customer service workers, but this staff has to work on their customer service skills. I somehow always leave this store frustrated and I would love to see this change as it really is a great store besides the customer service.

Found exactly what we needed. Cornwall store was sold out so we tried this store. Lots of stock on hand.
