Dave and his team ran ductwork through our ranch home to install a new furnace, and air conditioning unit.Dave scheduled the job within a few weeks, and communicated with me every step of the way. He and his team worked with us to minimize the visual impact of the ductwork, and got us exactly what we were looking for.Thanks, Dave!

Thank you Dave! You saved my mom, me, and my 3 very large Irish wolfhounds from sweltering heat when my old A/C quit during humid 90 degree weather. Within 24 hours, I had a new A/C installed and running. Dave is professional, honest, and efficient. I am so grateful. Very good price. My previous heating and cooling guy retired and moved to NC 3 years ago. I knew at some point I would need a new company to provide service. I was weary of who to use and sort of dreaded the day I would need it. I am relieved that I was referred to Domes by a friend. Dave and company will be my new heating and cooling professionals.

They installed a new heat pump system for us and removed our old boiler. All done in one day with no issues. Dave was on-sight to supervise. Dave Domes and crew replaced our heater and most recently our air conditioner.First and foremost, he won't charge you for something you don't need And his prices are very reasonable.Impressed with the crews' work ethic. Use them for years without a problem. No one is more disappointed than I am in my past two year's experience. I have a hole in my wall by the circuit board where it was ripped out rather than unscrewed. Repaired it" with a 8" chunk of silicone they piped in. Sold me the wrong cooling and heating for my home.Neglected to recall he had installed a heater that required an AC be slid in when in HVAC went. Bought special furnace and HE FORGET that I didn't need mini-splits but the AC/with the heater HE PUT IN two years earlier. Instead he put holes in my in/outside walls with mini-splits placed improperly cooling corners while the rest of the house swelters. Requested he replace the ducts no less than 4 times in writing

After the carbon monoxide detector started our day and the fuel company told us the source , a call to Domes Heating and Air Conditioning it was. Mr. Domes had his guys here in less than an hour( two days before Thanksgiving and after a huge snowstorm!)They diagnosed the problem, presented options and got a new furnace installed all the same day! He and his guys are always polite, professional and give the fairest prices around. We could not be more thankful for Mr. Domes and his guys!

This is our second time using domes. We first met one very extremely cold day when another company lied to us about a secondary heat exchange issue. Owner came out and talked to us and fixed our heat and fixed a blower on the furnace. Everything went great for about four years until our AC broke. Domes just replaced our furnace and central air, we called Thursday and our unit was installed on Monday. Good quality, great professional and more importantly he is HONEST.

I called Domes heating after having a terrible experience with a different company for a problem with my tankless hot water system. Not only did they fix it, but I felt like I was their number one priority, which I am sure I was not but I felt like i was. They got here the next day and fixed it first thing in the morning. They also charged me what I feel like was a great price, not like the other company that was trying to charge me literally 6 times the amount. I highly recommend Domes. Dave and Brian were two very professional guys. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They are such good, honest, knowledgeable people. I had another company retell me my 3 year old furnace was shot.dave came 2 look at it and it ended up being nothing but a switch! Other company almost had me spending 5200 and buying a new furnace for nothing! So thankful that there is honest people left in this world! Ty Dave and domes heating!!

My heat went out on a freezing Saturday morning, and the company that came out was going to charge me over $700 for a new inducer motor that they couldn't even guarantee they'd have in stock by Monday. On a tip from a friend, I called Mark from Dome on Sunday, and he called around until he found the right part, drove to Tonawanda at 7AM Monday morning to pick it up, and had my heat in Clarence running by 8:15AM. The most amazing part? The total was $300. That's less than half the price the other company was charging! Had he had the part on his truck, he said he would have come on Sunday to install.He was an absolute lifesaver, and didn't even charge me a service fee. His concern was getting my heat back on for my kids and me. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you, Domes!
