Walked into there service department the other day to get help there was noone in site , not at the front desk not at the service desk not in any of the side rooms i thought mabey they where closed and had forgot to lock the front door. I went out to my car called the store it rang 6 times then someone finaly picked up. I said oh you guys are open i walked in the front door and noone was there he just said yup we are here not oh iam so sorry or anything just said where not open for much longer what do you need. What kind of operation are they running here WOW... then when i did finaly get to asking him what i wanted to ask him the price of there parts were so over priced i almost puked. Wont be going back there anytime soon .

Recently bought a new Ram 1500, the service kyle gave me from start to finish was awesome. He worked hard to make everything go smoothly and valued my time. Won’t be going anywhere else when it’s time for a new vehicle again.

They do a funomenal detailing job I’ve used a dealership lots over the yearsI would’ve given them five stars but they did lose my warranty information I would recommend submitting it yourself

Saw a Rubicon online that I loved. I was a little worried because I had bad experiences with salesman in Terrace, Prince George and an older man from Regency. This time when I sent a question via email my response came from Morgan. She was so friendly and able to answer all my questions. She was thoughtful and not at all pushy. She made the Jeep purchase easy and seamless, especially for someone who had to do most things long distance. Chris in finance was courteous and easy to talk to. I am very happy with my purchase and thankful that Morgan was able to make things so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle, even if they need to travel. Morgan and Chris will make it work, make you happy, and make it seamless!
