We hired Saskatoon Disaster Services to handle the cleanup and repairs needed to fix a dishwasher that leaked, ruining the floor and part of the cabinets in our kitchen. We decided to take the opportunity to remodel the kitchen and main bathroom as well. They were really good about coordinating between us, the cabinet people, the flooring company and other contractors necessary to get the work done. The whole process was nice and easy, and even when extra stuff came up (like the asbestos in our old linoleum that needed remediation), they handled it and made sure we knew what was going on. The remodel was done right on schedule, despite the extra stuff that was found and the fact the reno happened in the middle of a global pandemic. Prices were reasonable, and the work was good quality. I would definitely recommend Saskatoon Disaster Services.

I can't say enough about this company. Our hotwater heater blew and flooded our basement. This was the first time anything like this has ever happened to me, I had no idea what to do. I remember seeing their trucks around so I called them. They were at my house within the hour cleaning and drying, I was amazed. They packed up all my stuff and moved it out of harms way, they then started the demo, removed drywall, flooring and carpet. I was so impressed with the quality of work and efficiency that we decided to use them for the rebuild as well. The work they did was absolutely outstanding and FAST!! additionally I decided to hire them to install a suspended ceiling, I figured it was as good a time as any to get that done. The price was very fair and the work just outstanding. I dealt with Tyler, Joe and Dan and every single one of them was just fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this company for any kind of contracting work and if something bad happens to your home, they should be your first call!! I won't go anywhere else, thats for sure.My only complaint is the company they recommended for flooring (ac flooring) They don't at all have the same standards of workmanship as Saskatoon Disaster. I hope in the future they consider using another flooring company when making recommendations to customers.Thanks again SDS, it's so refreshing to have a local company you can trust for home contracting needs!

We had a pipe burst and a flood in the upstairs bathroom. Everything was soaked. Saskatoon Disaster Services was out quickly, had the fans up and were drying things out. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Saskatoon Disaster Services was extremely helpful after our Flood. It was our first time going through an insurance claim, and they were very helpful and informative. We had lots of questions and they were always willing to take the time to answer them. Their work was excellent (looks better than it did before the flood) and their staff was very professional. Hopefully we never have another flood, but if we do we will definitely be using them again!

We hired Saskatoon Disaster Services for an insurance claim on a rental property and as landlords, time is always of the essence. Their entire process from quoting out the job all the way to completion is fast and efficient. Their team is professional and responsive and met the time lines they had originally committed to. They went above and beyond to get the job done the right way and we couldn't be more happy with the result. As with all insurance claims, the process tends to get drug out but SDS communicated directly to SGI in a clear and efficient manner that allowed for minimal delays with the insurance process.

Would not recommend. Took a week longer than the schedule they provided. This happened due to them not showing up for several days in between. When I said not showing up, I mean not even a text or email. Just failed to attend and do the duties they said they would.

Chandra and Desiree are very professional to deal with. Chandra is very timely and responsive to questions. Desiree came on site and her work was very professional. She managed her team well and always explained what they were doing and how long it would take as we stayed at our house during the repairs. We were happy with the process and how clean up after themselves each day and the final clean at the end. Overall very happy with their work and would recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Daughter called me in a panic at 4pm saying that 3 levels of our house had flooded and wrecked ceiling and walls and floors. We were out of the country, a phone call to Sds and within a few hours there was a team with dryers and dehumidifiers working to clean up. They are doing our removal and rebuild. Will post progress pics

Pipe burst at my house and our basement flooded. They immediately came and started the process fast. The results are very impressive, work was done quickly and everyone was extremely friendly to work with and explain things. Would 100% recommend them to everyone!
