Horrible customer service. They printed the die lines and refused to do a reprint even though I followed the instructions of THEIR customer service rep.

Received my product after paying an extra $30.00 for next day delivery.. took a total of 4 business days to actually get to me... oh wait there is more... the cards that game were faded and had a big smear mark all over them. see below photo. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!Another Update: They refunded me the money for the full order. Thank-you for that.

Honestly had the worst customer service experience ever. A supervisor tried to hang up on me. After years of giving you all my client jobs worth thousands of dollars I am disappointed by the treatment received.From missing cards in a batch, received poorly packaged cards and had to repack for a client and 10% of the order damaged in transportation. Misaligned cards you name it. I have picture evidence.

Used them twice for rushed orders, choose next business day option, items werent shipped until two days after. When I reached out, I was told about a cut-off time which was not indicated anywhere during the process. And now I am dealing with Fedex issues claiming that no one was at the location to pick up the order. Print is good though.

great print work but terrible customer service response times. it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone over multiple email attempts or on the phone in a timely fashion for refunds or order questions. I assume the CS team is too small for the volume. Your best chance is to submit a case online and wait 7-14 days. it takes a long time.

Quality of the print is acceptable, however their online policies are not so. Beware that when ordering, if there are any discrepancies in the print area or otherwise, if eprintfast red flags" the proof

I order business cards twice with the fast shipping.The product never arrived!Nobody answer the phone calls and emails.Lost $160

I have used ePrintFast for over five years at every company I have worked with and in my own business to great success. This company is the secret" to looking so professional without the back-breaking printing costs of "other" printers. The quality is exceptional. If there are any mistakes

Horrible experience. Ordered 4 products. All products had a faded print, one specifically had missing lines. Requested a full reprint. They reprinted ONE product, and reprinted one side upside down. It was printed the proper colour at least, unlike the other 3 products.After 5 emails back and forth with their customer service (which feels like a 100% automated system) offering a partial discount on a future order, or a partial refund on one of the products i ordered.None of these options solved my problem. All I wanted was a proper reprint of everything so all the colors matched, like they should.Will never be using this company again. They are not as good as they used to be.
