Black Bear Dark is absolutely the best dark roast I’ve ever had. I know personal preferences differ but for me, I’ll choose Muskoka over Uber national brands any day of the week. It’s rich, bold, smells fantastic as it’s brewing and is consistent from batch to batch. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny if you love coffee.

I bought the black bear dark roast coffee. WOW!!!! Incredible taste, bold and full bodied.I then went to the Muskoka Roastery Coffee Co. web site to see what else they have to offer. I read the reviews concerning the pumpkin spice and decided to try it. I’m not big on flavoured coffee but this is the best I have ever had, so well balanced, perfect amount of flavour.I love my coffee strong so I order the granite roast. I can’t wait to try it! Muskoka Roastery Coffee Co. really knows coffee! I am also so proud that this is a Canadian company!!Cheers you guys!!! You are the best.

Update: I received a response that was courteous and helpful.When I first reached out enquiring about the status of my package, the response I received was a bit rude. I really don’t want to be chasing after and sending many messages and the reason I had sent a couple the first time was because I forgot to add information to my original email. So I didn’t appreciate when the response I got back was a bit rude.The package status then remained the same and very late and I did not receive a response of acknowledgement to my enquiry.Anyway, although the package status is unavailable with a possibility of it still being delivered, I received a full refund and a helpful response. I will also be following up with local postal office administration.As for the coffee itself, the taste is great. My brother in law told me about it and I have bought it ever since.Kate was very helpful thank you.—————————————————————————Horrible customer service with snarky comments when responding. Have not received a current response to my package that I have not received. The tracking information has remained the same for weeks. The company website says to contact them if not received as does Canada post, advising the company to open an internal investigation. At this point it has been overly delayed and for an order for $100. I would like a refund please.

I sent my bf to the grocery store to get some coffee for me a few months back,he came back with a bag of howling wolf . I said you picked this because the picture didn't you?"(lol) Turns out this is my new favorite coffee now! Tried the maple last week and it didn't disappoint either. I have had other flavored coffees which were to sweet or artificially flavored . Muskoka maple was neither of those but a smooth taste and a hint of real CANADIAN maple!"

Had their maple without realizing they add flavour agents to the coffee. Why? If you're properly roasting coffee, you should be able to find a great profile without the use of flavouring agents. Willing to bet 90+% of the positive reviews on here are from people who go to starbucks for a cup of cream, a shot of espresso, 4 inches of whipped cream and a gallon of caramel syrup.This isn't coffee. I mean, s'mores flavoured coffee? Come on now.. do better.
