Maxi Hair Salon and Supplies

This woman Hellen is so disrespectful. I booked an appointment 24 hours in advance. I reached 30 minutes before time and she said “ yeah see you at 6 pm, please don’t be late”. I went there at 5:45 pm and she wasn’t even at the store. I called her multiple times and she didn’t answer the phone. Her coworkers tried to call her and she told them she ain’t coming. I took off time from work to get my hair done and I had to drive 50 min to get to the salon, paid for 2 hours parking all that for nothing. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ll never go back there.

Worst place to get your hair done. Helen does a sloppy job and even when in shared my frustration with her she wouldn’t fix my hair. Don’t waste your time here.

This is literally the worst place I have gone to get my hair done. Went in for flat lines… told her that I’m not liking how inconsistent the thickness is… she literally started asking me if I know who she was and she knows what she is doing and how she got her certificate and what not.Bottom line..Zero customer serviceVery disrespectfulShe does a sloppy sloppy jobI would highly not recommendOh and she was joining in on my private call with my sister and she just started talking over me trying to talk to her.. very shameful

Be warned.This woman Hellen is so disrespectful. I booked an appointment 5 days in advance. I reached 10 minutes before time and I found her working on someone else. She then told me to come back the next day if I still wanted to come back with no apology or anything. I took off time from work and even it was too late to get my hair done at another salon coz they were all fully booked. This was my worst experience ever and she was all smiling about it as if it was funny!!. To those planning to book with this woman, don’t trust her, you will be disappointed last minute. To Hellen , if u don’t want to do someone’s hair or u change you mind, or something changes, let the person know or don’t book appointment!!! Stop wasting people’s time and stop being disrespectful to others, an apology doesn’t hurt and learn to be honest.

I was referred to Helen for hair extensions 4 years ago. I got to know her and her work and I'm always back to the saloon when I need, even on short notice to book the appointment, she's always available to help. Helen is a great person and hair staylist.

Satisfy hair cut but the wait is way too long. Minimum time you have to wait for a haircut is 45-120mins. Not exaggerating. Been here too many times to exaggerate. However very satisfying haircut. Clean, crisp and very cool. People are very nice and welcoming . But improve on waiting and you got an amazing barber shop.
