They just opened up a bigger store recently in the Pen Centre, and it is dreamy!Great place to go, especially for unique, beautiful and thoughtful gifts.There are lots of well taken care of plants are available for purchase from here.The staff are very friendly too, which is always a plus.

The store is super cute and has a lot of great products you likely wouldn't find elsewhere. I loved the LGBTQ section and all things punny" and / or for adult humor.I was surprised to read the few reviews that have been left saying they received great customer service and that the cashier was friendly

was charged twice for an item because the register malfunctioned. waited 40 minutes for the cashier to call her manager and when i returned, i was told they could only give me back the amount with the 10% discount, forcing me to pay the full amount for the item despite just signing up for the loyalty program. after all this time and trouble, when i asked for her to honour the 10% off, she rolled her eyes and asked if i was serious. really disappointed with the customer service. it’s not even about the 10%. this is about the lack of service training, organization and accommodation.
