Started dealing with Heather who manages the office, she's very knowledgeable and professional. Craig in sales is also very knowledgeable and professional. The first installers that hooked up our gas furnace in Feb. 2020 were very polite and professional. The second installers that installed the a/c unit in Sept. were also very polite and professional.Considering both sets of installers had to crawl underneath in a 3' crawlspace without one complaint, is amazing.Great job all around.

The workmen showed up on time and finished installation of our new furnace and AC in one day. They were professional and courteous and they left leaving the site clean. Any phone calls to their business was met with a friendly and cheerful response. I will certainly continue to use their services.

Garthside did a phenomenal job installing my gas line to my new stove, too installing my range hood. Employee showed up on time and cleaned up and made sure everything was working before they left. Price was awesome and work done as quoted. Would 100% recommend them to anyone

I recently moved to the Midland area and I contacted Garthside to have my Furnace and HRV serviced. Furnace Service was goodand reasonably priced(reason for 1 star)My HRV was not working and the technician correctly diagnosed the issues as a fan motor failure. I was quoted $1350 for the fan motor replacement and 2600 plus for a new unit. It appeared that they were more interested in selling me a new unit vs repairing the existing system, so I decided to contact another local HVAC company for a second opinion. As a result I hired Triple Tech and was pleasantly surprised to find that my HRV system did not require replacement and a new fan motor was only $545.00 (not $1350). Needless to say...I went withTriple Tech and saved a great deal of money.06 June 2022 - Garthside attended my residence to disconnect my gas stove as part of an insurance claim. The technician who attended was the same person who attended when I provided a negative review. This technician remembered being here and I am sure he was aware of the negative review that I wrote after his previous visit. Despite my previous negative review the technician was extremely professional and friendly.

Just amazing, I was in a jam with no heat and Garthside came to the rescue. Heather at the desk was super friendly and the installer definitely knew what he was doing.I would absolutely use Garthside again.

We had a new furnace installed. The service was excellent. We were able to schedule the installation at a convenient time. The installers were fast and friendly, they made sure the unit was safely installed and spent the time with us afterwards to go over the features. We also decided to upgrade our thermostat as well. The whole system is so much quieter and easy to use.

Garthside did a great job trouble shooting our heating issues. When our furnace needed replacing their service technicians were punctual, courteous and professional. Their pricing is very competitive. We are very happy with the results.

A big Thanks to Craig and his staff at Garthside. Craig came to my house when promised and was very informative and knowledgeable about the heat pump I desired. His quote was very reasonable and very competitive to other suppliers. His technicians showed up on time as promised and install went perfectly. Clean up was amazing, and technician took the time after install to explain and answer any questions on operation of our new unit. Thanks Guys Great Job!
