Shawn was terrific, new residence so we didnt know much about system. Shawn discovered a missing plug in drainage and replaced it. This made sense based on symptom we had seen earlier, clean job , had the piece with him, all good. Checked on everything including compressor in another area. We felt he was thorough, polite and easy to deal with. Pricing was good.

We needed urgent attention to fix the AC unit at our rental home and they found space for us in their busy schedule to help us out. The technician arrived on time within the window they stated and they called before hand as requested to let us know their ETA so we could advise our tenants and drive out there to meet the tech. They fixed the issue in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use again!

I’d foolishly damaged the furnace by changing the filter whilst it was running (and the old filter getting sucked into the fan!). Pro Ace were fantastic in sending a technician round promptly (next day) who was able to identify what I’d broken, fix the issue and service the furnace for me.I’d used Pro Ace for the initial install and have been happy with them since. They know what they’re doing, the technicians are great and their prices are reasonable.

Our motor went on the AC/heating sydtem in out condo one week before Christmas. We were experiencing -11° weather. It got pretty cold pretty quick!! We had a challenge getting a service person out. Shawn @ Ace Pro arrived when promised and quickly diagnosed the issue. The motor has to be ordered, so we'll just have to be patient. We have had two follow up calls from their schedulers keeping us up to date and detailed the reasons for the delay. We're booked to have it installed basedon the ETA of the motor arriving, and if it comes sooner than anticipated they'll schedule us in to getthe heat restored! It's not ideal but we understand parts delays and appreciate keeping us in formed!
