This is the worst store I have ever been in, and Bell has the worst contracts that I have ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs, There are lots of carriers and lot of stores. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a Sim card issue. Nav was working and she had me in and out of the store in 20 mins. She was extremely polite and friendly. She knew what she was talking about and set my mind at ease. I recommend the bell network and their team.

I would give this Bell location more stars if I could, specifically because of Narda. Narda has to be one of the most understanding, kind and extremely helpful representative I have ever encountered. I recently had my phone and wallet stolen and Narda really turned a terrible situation into a hopeful one. She was there to help me every step of the way, was so understanding of my situation, and did everything she could to make sure I was back on track in getting my phone and plan all back in order. As long as Narda is at this location I will continue to visit for any assistance or purchases in the future.

Narda is absolutely amazing! She was the only one to solve a very complicated problem and gave me a better deal on a new phone. I highly recommend this store and Narda the manager that works there

Waited an hour and a half, no one there even looked at me. Wanted to switch from Rogers but after seeing the service they provide I realize that it is not worth the hassle. No one should come here. If you’re going to have people work in the store, please at least train your representatives to treat the customers with some form of respect rather than letting them wait for an hour and a half without being helped. Left the store without even talking to anyone, two employees there were only talking to each other in their own language and seemed completely detached from their work.

Narda is amazing! We have had a couple back to back issues with Bell and our small business account but I have to say, Narda restored our faith in this company. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of Narda!

Bell is good to deal with, but don't get the insurance on the phone. The insurance company are horrible to deal with. I didn't get a replacement because I waited more than 30 days to report a stolen phone so I got nothing. You'd better read the 40 pages of fine print if you do. I was trying to do them a favor & make sure the phone didn't show up. I guess that's what you get for being a nice guy trying to help & save them money. CROOKS!!!

I went into Bell extremely angry and frustrated. Narda was extremely knowledgable and helpful and quickly changed my mood to a good one. I was so happy leaving Bell thanks to Narda, she is awesome!
