I bought a car from this dealership, and my customer experience with them exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, they do have a good variety of vehicles. The salesperson, Stewart Sealy, was super helpful during the whole process (since I am a newcomer.. I am not very familiar with all the car purchasing process in Canada). Their service team is very professional and helpful too. As for myself, I definitely will keep working with Platinum Mitsubishi and will recommend it to others.

I had a fabulous experience buying my new RVR at Platinum Mitsubishi! I came to this dealership after having a bad experience over at a different Mitsubishi dealership a week prior. Kyle and Alex made the process so easy and fast, and just over 24 hours later, I was driving away in my new car. Fantastic service, and super friendly atmosphere.

Miranda was the sales representative that I dealt with. From the get-go she was very friendly and very engaging. We did shop without an appointment, and while I felt a little bad because they were just having lunch, Miranda was more than willing to still work with me to not only show me a vehicle, but also to go on a test drive. I didn’t feel pressured, and reached an agreement I decided was equitable. One thing that really resonated with me was twhen I went to pick up my vehicle and seeing my nice new vehicle with a personalized congratulations sign in the window. That was a nice touch, and certainly helped me feel recognized and appreciated. Thank you for a great experience!

I very much appreciated the easy-going, friendly atmosphere at Platinum Mitsubishi. At no time during the process of the purchase did I feel pressured or that the negotiation was confrontational in any way. My sales associate, Erick was easy to deal with, kind and helpful throughout. In the finance office, Alex again did not pressure me to purchase any products that were not needed. Instead, he presented options to me in an informative and helpful manner. So far I am very pleased with my new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and I will be certain to bring it to Platinum Mitsubishi for all service appointments. I definitely recommend them!

Bought two cars from here , never had an issues until last week my 2020 rvr started misfiring and the engine light wouldn’t stay on just flash. Asked service about it and was told by a lady that nothing will be covered by warranty unless the engine light is on only….Never had a dealership tell me that before in my life and have had many fix an issue without the light on cover by warranty..The sales team here is awesome, service is an absolute joke last time I did service here they stated they rotated my tires and filled them up both was completely untrue they never even touched them, when I got home my one tire which has glue on the side wall was still in the same spot, and they couldn’t have put air in them because I had aluminum air caps that were seized on and I personally cut them off to fill the tires lol. Needless to say I was going to get a new car from platinum in about a month or so but that service experience was too much so I have traded it in with a different dealership and I’m on to new things . A shame your service staff is losing your guys customers. I don’t recommend buying a car here due to the service staff.
