Under Armour Factory House

I went to this location (0664) today for an exchange of a product with a defective zipper. Upon arrival at the cashier the lady was very professional and respectful and told me only a manager could do exchanges and asked me to wait at the front. Upon arrival of the manager (Assoc. 372482) you could clearly see she was already in a bad mood.I explained what happened and she was very hesitant to do an exchange which I feel goes against UA customer satisfaction policy.I stayed calm the entire transaction and respectful.She on the other hand was very rude and I never felt so ashamed in a store for doing something I felt was an accepted practice by UA. I never felt belittled like this before for trying to make an exchange in front of all the customers.I've always had a good experience a this location, I don't know if she's new or was just in a bad mood today, but that was not a good way to interact with a customer.Pleas drive further south to the Chinook location if you can, you'll probably have a way better experience.Phil

I buy most of the stuff there, but I never find a lot of things I wanted like my sizes. Discounts don't make sense there.

Extremely poor management. I walked in the store and asked the manager for some help 3 times and was fully ignored each time. She then proceeded to glare at me after the third time due to being on the phone. Disgusting behaviours. Asian phillipino lady manager.

This is a large store with a good selection of many different types of athletic gear. The store is well lit and easy to get around. The sections are well marked and easy to tell between men and woman’s. They also have a nice little children’s section. Should be able to find what you need at this under armour store. Looks like they had some sales going on but it seems like those signs don’t come down very often.

Great place to find deals on one of the best brands around. Quality products. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable

We saw a great sale going on, so we went in and picked up items for the whole family. The prices are always great, the service is great as well my only suggestion because this store is great it is often very busy and lines can be long so if you're not a patient person I don't recommend going on sale days and weekends as it is very busy.

If you enjoy being ignored, shop here.I was shopping in the summer and I even watched a staff member toss accusations at a paying customer that he was shoplifting and the two guys, employee and customer were almost in a fist fight.There was yelling and drama and was such an uncomfortable experience I didn’t want to go back.But I needed some undershirts for work and ended up going back. However after the last time, I won’t be.Probably THE worst customer service ever. People seemed to have a massive chip that worked there. Avoid at all costs.

OMG!! Slowest cashiers ever!! 6th in line and after 20 minutes, still 3rd in line!! In my place of business these two cashiers would be fired. If they worked any slower, they would be travelling backwards!
