have been going to this salon for twenty years and the one time I tried another place I regretted it. The atmosphere is unlike any other salon I've been to. everyone's superfriendly and my regulars-- Annie, Natalie and Sophie-- are just incredibly fun to talk to. Most importantly, they really know how to cut and color hair!

Having been to this salon many times, I can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite stylist is Sophie. She’s very talented, easy to talk with,l and down to earth! All the other stylists are friendly as well!

Osmose is a great salon where I’ve been getting my hair cut for years! Nathalie, my hairdresser, is just awesome; professional, kind, friendly, always attentive…and fun to chat with! A cool spot! Highly recommended!

I would first like to say i have Never! Left a negative review for any hairstylist in my life but i sadly had a really deceiving experience with one of the hairstylists there« « Sylvain » he’s very difficult with his clients, no flexibility for his appointments and if you had your hair done somewhere else once he will practically insult you... I also had to cancel once in the past for an emergency and i had been waiting weeks for my next appointment with him be he canceled it and said he didn’t want me to even step in the salon.I am really shocked i had that experience since the other personnel there seems kind, caring and welcoming but he really ruined my experience in this salon so sadly i won’t ever go back.If you’re young or you’re someone that needs an hairstylist who’s flexible and open minded or you are travelling a lot so you sometimes see other hair stylists don’t ask for Sylvain.Keep your pennies for someone who treats his customers better.

Annie has been doing my highlights and cut for over 10 years. Her technique is excellent - I regularly get compliments on my highlights. Merci Annie.
