I have only had 2 adjustments with Dr. Jenna but I am very impressed with the results. I have had back issues for many years. My back problems may be in part related to a car accident when I was 17 and had 2 broken ribs and a dislocated collar bone. The collar bone still sticks out over 50 years later. I saw a NUCCA (upper cervical chiropractor) for many years and I had been happy with the treatments, but he moved away from the area and it was less convenient. At the end of Dec 2022 my right hip seized up after bending over. I saw the NUCCA chiropractor 3 times in Jan of 2023 but the adjustments would not hold. Someone recommended seeing a chiropractor that used the Torque Release Technique. I saw the TRT chiropractor twice a week for 6 weeks and I did not notice any improvement. After my first adjustment with Dr. Jenna I had very significant improvement. Before the adjustment the alignment of my left leg was 1” shorter than my right leg. After the adjustment there was only about 1/8” difference. My NUCCA chiropractor had told me the best he had ever been able to achieve was about ¼” difference. I went back for my 2nd treatment 4 days later and the adjustment was still holding with only 1/8” difference so there was no need for another upper cervical adjustment. I was experiencing some discomfort in the middle of my back and Dr. Jenna advised that this was due to a twist in my pelvis. I was also experiencing some slight discomfort in my hips when walking. Dr. Jenna used a small instrument to make some very subtle adjustments and I now noticed very good improvement when walking. This particular adjustment would not have been possible with my NUCCA chiropractor because they only do upper cervical adjustments. In my roughly 40 years of seeing chiropractors the treatments I have received from Dr. Jenna are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Vitalpoint Chiropractic for anyone needing chiropractic care.

Dr. Lisa gave me thorough assessment of my body before starting the initial treatment, she explained my issues and answered my questions patiently. Dr. Lisa is professional and the reception girls are friendly too, the clinic is organized and clean, I am happy to find such professional chiropractic place.

I come here regularly but today the RMT, Hannah, I was assigned with was incredibly rude with me. I asked her to massage the areas where I was in pain, and she told me to go somewhere else because she couldn't help me? That's the first time I've had an RMT refuse to take suggestions regarding the places where I'm feeling pain, isn't that what an RMT is supposed to do? I always get assigned Victor, whom always does an amazing job, but because of this terrible experience, I left before getting the full service of my massage

Garrett was great. Very communicative and adjusted pressure as needed. He listened (with his ears and hands!) to where my pain points were - both the ones I noted and the ones I didn't even know were there. Super deep tissue massage!
