Even though this is coming up under Artistry 67….Matti and I highly recommend Jacob! We only use Jacob for all our personal real estate transactions…which have been a few! He is thorough, easy to understand, brilliant and also very efficient. He researches and also has a plan that works to make it happen!Works fast and uses modern technology to make the deal close. You can be miles apart and it doesn’t matter.If we could give Jacob a 6/5 we would! Don’t even hesitate!
