My mother needed both upper and lower dentures, Mary did a great job getting things right from the very beginning, she is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She treated my mother in an amazing way with patience and kindness. I would recommend her without any reservation.What can I say about Jean? she is an angel doing outstanding work. Always taking care of all admin stuff and appointments in a very professional way, she was also treating my mother with much care and compassion.If you have any need of the services Mary is offering, don’t hesitate to book your appointment.

Mary was very pleasant and patient, took her time and answered all my questions. Also Jean, the receptionist, was very accommodating and pleasant. Would recommend for all seniors.

Very professional practice. A real focus on customer service. Mary answered all my questions patiently. And Jean provides white glove service for all the practical and admin steps. They are respectful of your time and try to make everything as efficient as possible. Highly recommend.

I totally recommend Gem Dentures, Clinic are clean , Dr Mary is so professional and she will not let you leave unless you are totally satisfied.Jean the Receptionist is so welcoming and friendly. My mum and Dad did their Dentures there and they are totally happy with it.

This review is only for anti snoring device.Some background - I was diagnosed for sleep apnea and after the sleep study, the doctor recommended me two things1. Rematee bumper belt2. Dental anti snoring deviceI have visited this dental clinic for anti snoring deviceI was expecting them to check my tooth and gum health and make sure this device works for me and not damages my toothHowever, they didn't check anything and directly went ahead and took the tooth print/moldAnd after two weeks once the mold is ready when they try it on my mouth it got stuck up on my teeth and took several minutes to take it out ( which shows they're not expertise in this field) and they are not sure which measurement strip I have to use.Overall they're not expertise in this field.Paid $650 and this device isn't working for me- means no improvement in sleep.(vest works better for me)Not writing this review bcoz I lost $650 but just giving you some idea before you try out here.Check for professional in this field.Though, the staff and doctors are friendly, my only comment to this clinic is, don't have intention to earn money, have passion and commitment to make patient happy.At last, everything is hard earned money,Suggestion to readers, do some research and try out other alternatives like bumper vests.All the best!

Very knowledgeable and evermore experienced.I was so very fortunate to be in her care, and although my case was complicated, Merry was so patient and really went out of her way to accommodate me in every possible way.
