Our sales consultant, Barry, was amazing and knew about all the products we asked him about. He was able to get us good prices on the furniture and appliances we bought and knew all the special deals that were going on. Store was very clean and displays were easy to browse comfortably.

Avery & April were my sales consultants & both were very friendly, helpful & professional. I was going to make my purchase elsewhere because of an extra that appealed to me but they made me an offer that was equal if not better. I have made many purchases at the Brick & have always been pleased with the service. Today I left there happy with the entire experience.

Great experience. My grandma needed to downsize her bed, Davey was fantastic and did not push her to make any decisions right away and helped her find exactly what she was looking for. 10/10 if you like the calm sales experience approach to making a big change and purchase!

Anxiety provoking based on previousThe Brick experience - after having paid for installation, the installers demanded another additional $85.Prices seem to be competitive. Low to medium end product line. Stellar sales person who seemed honest.

It is expensive here. The staff are great and when they have sales it's pretty good. But on the average day, it's expensive and generally you can day trip to Calgary and find a larger selection there.

Santos was incredibly friendly and helpful while we were searching for a new fridge. He was kind and patient. He was sure to explore all the options for us and wanted to be sure we got the right fridge for our space and family needs. He remembered us and provided exceptional service when we went back a few months later in need of a laundry set. He provided the best service we have ever had at the Brick.

Sara is the best! She really knew what furniture fit my criteria across the whole store and insisted I look at all of the options first. She wasn't pushy like the salesman tropes go, and gave me an appropriate deal for my budget. Amazing experience and I would recommend this store to anyone.
