The walk-in is great if you need to see a doctor, although Dr. steve Low is the absolute worst doctor at the hospital. He's rude, disrespectful, and has no care for your privacy. For this small town and community and him being a doctor here is disappointing. Afew nurses there are stuck up and just give you the impression they hate their job. Dr Meyers and Dr. Steed are absolutely amazing, and their kind, helpful, and RESPECTFUL. The only time I'll go here is if I absolutely have to, and I know Dr. STEVE LOW isn't there. If he is I'll walk out and go to lethbridge.

I feel bad if anyone has a family member there. Rachel one of the RN's wouldn't even look let alone clean a major cut that I walked in with. I made her look at my cut. (It really needed stitches) She told me that its long-term care not a hospital so she can't help. And to go to a hospital. I told her I didn't have a ride. Didn't seem to bother her at all. I really couldn't believe it. If Candace was there she wouldn't have let me leave. Also my mom worked there for 30+ years. Shows that she cared more about the money than helping people. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Elizabeth and Twilah were both incredibly kind and managed stressful situations to the best of their ability. I couldn't imagine dealing with everything they do!Dr. Steed is great and listens to patients and I'm very thankful he works here and helps out in cases like this!Make sure you get there well before the closing time since like most walk-in clinics, there is a cut-off when they are at capacity! The staff will give recommendations on what you can do and try to accommodate as many people as they can!

Mother was victim of neglect and abuse at Coaldale. Son intervened and Coaldale attempted to take mother from son. He moved mother to another faculty. Receiving center stated it was worst case of institutional abuse they had witnessed. Coaldale staff and AHS perjured and falsified records to cover.Coaldale found guilty of neglect causing bodily harm.

Been out twice and. both times I had wonderful doctors. Second doctor was really tremendous a Dr. Low . The nurses are all excellent. I felt like I was in incrediable care and they actually listen and take time and don't rush you out and were trying to get to bottom of my health concern. The wait was short both times and I do feel like we are very lucky that we can go to Coaldale instead of going to the hospital in Lethbridge and waiting forever. Highly recommend!

The absolute slowest service imaginable. Wait 30 plus min while nurses visit and socialize. Lethbridge hospital is much more professional and speedy.
