I went to the Phone Fixer solely based on the google reviews for the first time. It was exactly as everyone else described it. Prompt, courteous service, they immediately identified the problem with my dad's phone, offered a couple of solutions. The prices were very fair, but most importantly, these folks were knowledgeable and trust worthy.

This was one of the most pleasant transactions I have ever had in my life with cell phone repair. Adnan was so kind and knowledgeable and fixed my broken I phone x in under 10 minutes. He gave me the best screen on the market for a price that can’t be beat, he worked with what I was able to afford during Covid 19 and was nothing but a honest, trustworthy upstanding citizen. I truly can’t thank him enough and I couldn’t recommend a better phone technician.!He is the best of the best.

Honesty and great customer service is what you get at this place. I brought my phone in and they gave a free diagnostic I didn't get the gentleman's name but he told me straight out that it's not worth fixing as my phone needed a new motherboard. He suggested just by a used second hand phone and he gave me a great price on a pixel 2 XL sealed in the box. I'm waiting for the pixel 7 to come out so I guess this will do for a few months thank you very much highly recommend this place

The phone fixer is a great repair place being able to fix some of the most unique smartphones with no problem. I had great customer service in the shop and the owner is very friendly and down to earth. Because of the many great experiences getting my devices fixed I would consider myself a loyal customer. The moment you meet Adnan you know that he really cares about the customer and the quality of the service. This is some of the best service I have ever received at phone repair place. 5 out of 5 definitely recommend!
