This location in Surrey BC... unacceptable. Drunk people, people high on things, vaping at tables, passed out on tables. These people STINK like you wouldn't believe. All of the garbage are OVERFLOWING. There's food and drink all over the floor, the mirrors are broken, the sink is clogged, my daughter slipped on the wet floor but all the wet floor signs are broken. Our food came on a sticky tray with a full coffee bean on it, half missing and cold. I reported the liquid on the floor of the play place and the over flowing garbage over an hour ago and it hasn't been touched. Where are the standards? I am embarrassed to have brought my children here to play as a treat. The receipt wouldn't print. After eating our disappointing meal, I went directly to the manager and quietly spoke to him about it. He apologized and said he will get someone on it. Over 30 mins later (an hour after arriving) STILL nothing was done. Fraser Health needs to be notified.

They don't clean bathrooms or refill toilet paper in girls bathroom boys bathrooms disgusting . Food orders made incorrectly and play area was dirty like no one has cleaned in ages . You can see the dirt wiped around at tables . Friendly staff don't make up for laziness in cleaning .

Okay so this location always has outrageous drive thru lines late at night but I definitely had the same idea as the other people waiting, so can't complain on that. Good food late night but this time I got an extra surprise in my cone. It felt light when I took it from the window. Guess they weren't paying attention and broke the cone above in the dispenser. I know mcdonalds isn't 5 star restaurant food but I feel like the normal fare tastes better than the paper I got.

This place was disgusting, the restraint was filthy. Over 20 minutes for a simple egg McMuffin meal. The bathroom was unusable due to it being so dirty. 2/3 toilets were clogged and there was no soap and now paper towel. The manager seemed to only care about getting her drive through times down as she keeps screaming it for the whole restaurant to hear. While the people on front counter were clearly struggling. Definitely avoid this place.

The ice cream machine was broken so I ordered poutine, more like blocks of hard cheese and raw French fries drowning in TONS of gravy. It spilled everywhere without even opening it and leaked through the box. Pathetic service.

The drive through line up was very long, so I decided to park and go inside. That is when I noticed none of the McDonalds outdoor lighting was turned on. It was 10:30PM, and very dark outside.I went inside and ordered a coffee. My order was taken promptly and I received my coffee in a timely manner. When I ordered, I let the cashier know the lights in their parking lot were not turned on. She assured me, she didn’t know how to turn them on.I let the Security Guard know the lights were off, and took him outside to show him all the high poles and lamp lighting all dark in the lot. He deferred the responsibility back to the teenage cashier who was busy serving customers. I’m pretty sure turning on the lot lights consists of flicking a few light switches. However, it’s a mystery to them. A fender bender is very likely in the dark there.

Very upset!!! my nine-year-old daughter wants to get a happy meal that turns into a sad meal as she didn’t even get a burger in it. I’ve called the store several times no answer and finally someone picks up and hangs up. How do I get reimbursed from this multi billionaire company? People don't clean after they're done eating and personnel don't clean the entire place. Washrooms are so dirty and paper all over the place... floor and tables are so dirty and it wasn't the first time at this same place!McDonald's all over Vancouver and the suburbs are so dirty!
