Premier Landworks

My project was scheduled and done in 2019. There were a number of deficiencies with labour and product which were identified well within the one year timeframe identified in their warranty. We are now in the spring 2023 and they have yet to complete the deficiencies.. I have followed up continually without any response, when I do get a response it is curt and unprofessional and it is not followed up with any action. It seems their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. In November 2022 I was told one of the issues (not all of them)would be dealt with. After numerous attempts to contact them this spring they still have not responded.My initial intent was to support local but my experience after 4 years of trying to get them to honour their warranty has left a very bad taste in my mouth and my frustration and disappointment after spending thousands of dollars is unexplainable.

Helm and his team did a great job. They finished my deck way ahead of schedule. Very neat and tidy job.I recommend Premier Landworks for your deck.

Helm was quick to respond to our initial quote request, and he presented a detailed design including all proposed plants. We really loved his design and the diversity of plants suggested. The entire crew was so nice, they let our toddler watch the whole time and called him the site supervisor". Communication was good

Premier re-did my parents backyard for my upcoming wedding ceremony and they were amazing! Super polite, very fast, and their works is amazing. They were way faster than I expected and everything they did looks great. My parents are so happy and as am I! Highly recommended!

Project: 45' of straight pressure treated fence.Pros:- I have a good looking fence that I think is sturdy and will last years- Competitive pricing at a busy season- Willing to be flexible with design and type of materials- Talented and friendly sub contractorsCons:- Poor communication between client, the sub-contractors to Premier Landworks, and the main company- Some basic instructions not followed which led to some design accommodations, some of which I wasn't consulted on. (direct result of the above con)- As the client I felt like somehow I was the burden during the Project- Had to constantly step out and give direction to the sub-contract crews to remind them of design constraints / requirements.A lot of this is likely due to how busy this season was, a lot of landscape businesses were stretched thin just to keep up, but just a little communication would have helped this Project a lot. If you are willing to micro manage the project you will likely get a good product in the end. For me, I will probably not use Premier again.

Helm and his guys have blessed us with a front and backyard that will provide us years of family time enjoyment. We'll have them back next year to tweak our dream yards and we highly recommend their services.

My experience with Premier Landworks has been very positive. I wanted to change my backyard from lawn and garden to maintenance- free and this is exactly what I got. I booked my appointment for an estimate online and received a confirmation within days. Premier Landworks showed up for the appointment right on time and listened to what I wanted, took pictures of my yard, and came back to me within days with an estimate and a plan.Everyone I have dealt with at Pemier Landworks has been great - very pleasant, helpful and efficient.I would highly recommend Premier Landworks. My backyard is better than I ever thought it could be!

We hired Premier Landworks this spring to do the landscaping on our backyard at our new house. We had a complicated slope to work with but Helm worked with our ideas, provided his own thoughts on what would work with the natural setting (ponds, green space) and gave us a back yard that we are delighted with. Its unique to our neighborhood and people on the pathway system stop regularly to admire it. Helm and his crew were exceptionally polite, always tidied up their work space, and worked hard. Helm was responsive to questions or any concerns I had about the project and did the work within the time frame agreed on. Helm was more than reasonable about payments which was so reassuring after a previous bad experience with a local contractor. Helm dealt with challenging situations with stressed neighbors in a calm and fair manner and resolved concerns quickly. I have no hesitancy in recommending Premier Landworks and have already done so several times.Thanks for renewing our faith in landscaping companies Helm!

customer service....not great. we have been trying to get a quote and schedule work to be done at our house for quite a while. Have to continuously email for half of a reply and than nothing for weeks. I understand that this is obviously the busy season but to be pushed back and ignored did not make a customer feel appreciated. Maybe my house was not worth their time. Didn’t make them enough money? Who knows but that’s now how I feel. Either way I’m not going to be using them. I’d suggest either advertising that you only take on large jobs or actually paying attention to all customers as if they are important.
