The young sells girl was nice. She was helpful and got are new phones up and everything moved over. We love are new phones and the plan we got as well.

I am existing Virgin Plus user. Went for a quick query regarding phone/BYOP deals, was not impressed with representative ‘s tone of talking. The only answer i got is “I dont know” with a rude tone. It seems they r already frustrated with business queries ,but hey thats what they are hired for, isn’t it? I went in and out within 2 mins, thats how bad the representative was.On the contrary, same queries were responded positively and with happy tone by other retailers (Bell, Fido, Koodo, Wirelesswave etc).I highly discourage to visit this location.

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable and efficient staff.My only complaint is that the iShields screen protector that I purchased developed a hairline crack within 24 hours of purchase. I have no idea how this happened as most people are very gentle with their new phones. I went to their website since they have a lifetime warranty, but you must pay $10 for shipping. Normally, I wouldn't complain over $10, but I am disappointed as I have only had for 1 day.

Amazing experience at the Georgian Mall location. Michael provided such great service and advice on best plans. I also witnessed him with two other customers and he was so patient and kind with them. A++

We dropped into the Barrie Georgian Mall Virgin mall for a new phone. Chris Hannon was there to help us and he was amazing. Chris handled every question patiently, and we did not feel rushed. Then he went further and helped with some tune up settings in the new phone and then added and setup some apps that did not get transferred. I would highly recommend Chris for all your cellular phone needs.

My mom and I were in Virgin plus in the Georgian Mall in Barrie and we delt with Neal the store manager who upgraded our phones. He was very personalable and wad a joy to talk to. He broke down our new bills to us and helped us get our phones up and running and transferred all our stuff from our old phones to our new phones. He was amazing

Don't choose virgin plus, they will rip you off.Love having a 233 credit on my account that can't be used and they then they suspended me service. With that said credit on my account and balance of $0

Went to the Georgian Mall, saw Thomas, he is amazing! Very informative about promotional plans / cellphone technology. Currently with Rogers but am switching to Virgin.Update: I switched to Virgin!Just came back and was provided with an amazing level of customer service by Jenna. She helped me with my SIM card and was able to explain all my concerns.10/10 recommend. :)
