Critical: QualityHi I live in Calgary NE skyview landing building 4000. Our elevator is stop working 4 weeks now. We have a very hard time because I live in six floors. My son can't go to the school because of the elevator. We have a new born baby and my wife can't able to go down with baby and stolar. The elevator is very important things but it's 4 weeks now you guys can't fix it. I don't know how many weeks you guys need more.

The elevator at my building has been broken for over 5 months (and it's a 18 storey building.) Not sure why anyone signs contracts with these clowns.

They don't deserve a star. This company has taken their sweet time to come to fix the moving elevator. The can't find the part and the worker is waiting until someone from the company can give them a ride to get this done...in the meantime the customers suffer the painful reality of a company like this.

Otis has not been able to stock replenishment elevator parts often leaving customer elevators out of service for weeks at times months, repeatedly for almost 10 years.

Be aware Otis employs a service technician named Wayne Ogden Huston who beat his cat to death with a baseball bat. Do you really want a pycho like that servicing a piece of equipment that the public's lives are dependent upon? No way would I ever call or recommend Otis to service our office's elevators as long as this low life is still employed. Otis, do the right thing and fire this guy right now. Don't risk further damage to your reputation any longer.

Elevator in my building broke down 5 times during my move-in month. Now I am moving out and it breaks down and hasn't been fixed for 1 week.

Worst elevator service - Techs and supports servicing our building were unprofessional. Not caring even if there is a directive from AEDERSA to do some job- who cares right?

Terrible service and response time. Our elevator is down for 2 weeks and is still not fixed. Old people in the building are suffering due to their lack of reliable service.
