Great school to start learning martial arts. The teachers are very experienced and they built a safe and ego free zone to spar and learn Jiu Jitsu. I highly recommend this school to anybody who wants to start learning this beautiful art.

Learn to defend yourself, stay in shape, challenge your mind, and compete in the most exciting and relevant martial arts of the modern age (Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing) at West Island Jiu-Jitsu. 5 stars!

It's such an awesome feeling to step in the West Island Jiu Jitsu dojo! The instructors there are amazing, kids classes are a blast and the adult ones are always very fulfilling.Just come have a look and roll with the people there, they're always very welcoming ;)

Excellent place to learn Jiu Jitsu. I love the people here, how we drill and learn from each other. One aspect I particularly want to point out is that the members here don't want to really hurt you, or break your arm off while training, so ego doesn't usually get in the way for us here. And we respect each other for that to roll longer and continue in this art.If you were looking for a practical combat based martial arts school that sticks with non-complicated stuff, then this school might be for you. You should come by and see for yourself. The staff and members are welcoming
