My husband and I purchased all our new appliances at Peterborough Appliance. Melissa in sales was outstanding! We had service that echoed days of old. When our new washer required servicing and I reached out to her for help, she immediately went to bat for us and took up our cause and followed up. Couldn’t be happier with Melissa. She is wonderful and I hope they realize what an amazing sales person they have in her.

I do not usually post comments on Websites but, in this case, we wanted to express my gratitude to the folks at Peterborough Appliances for their fabulous service. My wife and I woke up to find that our refrigerator had stopped functioning overnight. I phoned Peterborough Appliances at 9:30 am and after a visit to the store and phenomenal service from Maggie Lightfoot, we selected a new refrigerator and they changed their schedule around to have a new one delivered by 1:30 pm the same day. And the delivery folks were great too. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Peterborough Appliances.

Had a fridge, stove, washer and dryer delivered today. Joe and Stephen were very patient and found solutions to getting everything loaded onto an ATV trailer and truck to complete the delivery, ensuring everything was done right. They did a great job installing the new appliances, getting rid of the old ones and cleaning up all the packing material. Thanks Guys

Exceptional customer service!! Moved into the area less than 2 weeks before Christmas and discovered the existing stove was not working well. Within 2 days we had a new stove delivered and we love it. They even took the old stove away. Tyler was great to work with!! Highly recommend this company.

Called the store before heading out to make sure that they had the overhead microwave that we needed. Greg was the associate that I spoke to on the phone and was the person who sold me the microwave. I wasted alot of money on a brand new fridge purchase from here. It started to leak shortly after installed. Third person repair stated he couldn't repair it. Peterborough Appliances did nothing, ignored my calls...offered no assistance. Then the motor gave out just as the warranty did ...within days...the person on the phone even laughed ...never having been repaired. Shop elsewhere for a reputable place.

We went in to purchase a stove and the black Friday sale prices are so good that we ended up buying all new appliances from Kirsty. An Amazing experience from start to finish. Our original purchase arrived and unfortunately, the fridge did not fit the available space. We communicated with Tiffany the sales manager and had no issues exchanging for the appropriate size. Shout out to Mike and Jim the delivery guys for making the physical exchange pleasant and painless.
