Chappelle Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my furry friend to this vet clinic for years, and I continue to be impressed with the high level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. The clinic is always clean and well-maintained, and the veterinarians and technicians are knowledgeable and compassionate. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have about my pet health. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for top-quality care for their beloved animals.

It is a worst Vet Clinic. I brought two German Shepherd litter mate puppies for their first vaccination to the clinic on July 03. The doctor checkup first puppy with a bit of attention but the second for nothing, inject the vaccine but $75 for doctor fees for each puppy for a single consultation. Then $30 for the vaccine each and issued Credello Orange and Interceptor Plus similar to each puppy and charged $123.50The doctor is very rude, greedy and interested in selling their medication at an extremely high price. Please keep in mind about this place. I was trying to get local business support; otherwise, there is the best place in the next community.UPDATE ABOUT THE REPLY FROM THE CLINICIt is a joke that they discarded the medicine and instead gave back medication to the owner of the pet and refund because it was they issued.Anyway, I have that medication at home from another party.It was brought without opening the sealed cover.I asked the front desk about the additional charges; then they informed me that part of the medication. The doctor told me to give chewing tablets for summer but didn't say to buy from their expensive pharmacy.STAY AWAY FROM CHAPPELLE VET

Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boys, Jethro and Dexter. We really love coming here. Dr. Bassam, Dr. Bocter, and the entire team make us feel so welcome and comfortable everytime we come in. Whether it be for food, a check-up, or even a health concern, I know my cats are getting the very best care. Everyone here are such compassionate, caring, and kind people. It's easy to see how much all of you truly care for every animal entering your clinic. My husband and I truly appreciate all of you. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Would not trust my zoo of animals with anyone besides Julie, Bassam, Sherif and Tomina. Super convenient hours, and wonderful doctors and techs. Compared to other clinics in the area the prices here are best as well. Have always left feeling as though my pets are cared for as their own. Could not recommend this clinic enough! What a great vet clinic! We found the Chappelle clinic last minute cause our new pup got scratched in the eye by our cat and needed immediate help. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and got us in right away. Dr. Bassam is the kind compassionate doctor that took care of our pup. You can tell he loves what he does. He explained all of our options and talked through every detail with us. He wanted to make sure we were fully informed before making any decisions. He asked that we bring our pup back for a follow up to make sure he was all good. Our follow up appointment was just as great of an experience! Our pup is healed and happy that he has found a Vet Clinic that truly cares about him and his family! Thank you so much ❤️

We were visiting family in Edmonton over a long weekend when our dog fell ill. We called several vet clinics but everywhere was full. Chappelle double booked so that we could be seen immediately. Being that we were squeezed in, I assumed we'd be quickly given pills and sent on our way (and honestly would have been okay with that, i was just grateful we were being seen). Instead the vet did some tests and spent a good 20-30 minutes going through test results with us, ensuring we understood exactly what could be going on. He also provided guidance on what we should do if issues persisted when we returned home. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! The price was also very reasonable; we were not charged any additional fees for being seen on a double booking. It is clear the staff truly care about the animals and their families. Excellent experience overall!

I recently took my dog to Chapelle Veterinary Clinic, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care we received. The vet was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my pet's well-being. From the thorough exam to the clear and concise follow-up instructions, every aspect of our experience at this clinic was top-notch. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and competent veterinary professional.

I just took my senior dog to Dr. Bassam for a check up and he was so wonderful with her. She never takes treats at the vet due to anxiety but took them right out of his hand, which says a lot. He was very gentle with her and listened to all my concerns/questions. The front desk staff are all lovely as well, never made me feel rushed and chatted with me to get to know me and my dog a little bit. We will be happy to continue coming here for all of our pets needs!

We had to use this vet in a “last minute” situation when our regular vet was not open, for our little guy and skin issues. We visited three times, and all times they were all very helpful and friendly. The vet here is very good at explaining the situation, answering all questions, and is never ever rushing you. His suggestions and assistance has greatly improved our dogs skin and we will continue with the plan. If we didn’t have a regular vet we have gone to for years, 2 blocks from our house, I’d transfer all my pets over- but still very thankful to this team!
