Enterprise Truck Rental

This location is closed and has been closed for a considerable length of time. The neighbours say a year but there is a review from seven months ago. An up-to-date website is a bare minimum for adequate customer service, let alone something that one would rate as good.

Michael Ryan the branch manager C236 was complaining to me about the car condition so I shared some pictures, I got The car for two months and wanted to return it today but couldn’t, I was quoted for $60 per day (or 1750 monthly)He wanted to charge me $1450 for two weeks! And I’m seeing way better rate online,Im just wondering why I have problem whenever I deal with RyanUsually Kevin Singh the assistant branch manager who I deal with professionally and today couldn’t reach him as Ryan told me he left for the day even I called him before coming and he said to come and I saw him there....I’ve escalated this to the area manager and hope getting a response as soon as possible cause I don’t need the car anymore

The team here is always amazing! Never disappoints, always helpful as well. Whenever I have a question they help out as much as I can! Best truck rental branch I've ever been to!

I received great service from the Ryan the manager at the Enterprise Queensway truck rental location. After loading the large cargo van and before departing for a ten hour journey, I had the front tire checked at a local garage for what seemed like low pressure. When the tire was diagnosed with two nails which would take a very long time to replace, Ryan jumped in to find a new replacement van and proceeded to meet me to reload the entire van to the new van ( and I had a lot of cargo). Granted I lost a few hours, I was able to get back on the road and arrived safely. I am thankful to Ryan for his concern, help, and consideration.

Had to rent a truck from this location and was forced to pay for 3 days of rental when only one day was needed. At other Enterprise truck locations if you pick up a truck on a Saturday at 11:00 AM and return it the parking lot by 11:00 AM on Sunday they will simple look at the camera to confirm you dropped it off when you say you did and charge you a one day rental.When I pointed this out to the staff when picking up the truck they were polite the whole time but clearly DGAF about what I was saying and offered no suggestions or solutions, clearly did not care if I rented the truck or not, which unfortunately I needed for the one day and had to take.This location seems to make there own rules and will overcharge when they can. Avoid this location!!

Great Service at this location. They called me prior to my reservation explained pick up and return procedures with estimated charges to make my experience very seamless and quick. Clean truck and polite staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome staff and great service. They stayed late on a Saturday to get a car ready for Me. Quick check in and I was on my way. Car was clean and almost brand new. Highly recommended.

After getting the run around from a different enterprise location Nick was able to help me out at the last minute even though my reservation was not for his location,the entire process was flawless. Whenever I need a truck in the future I'm going straight to this location even though there are enterprise truck rental locations closer to me. Can't thank them enough.

Poor customer service. Was told to call two weeks in advance to book a truck, and then was told there are no guarantees that the truck would be reserved. When I asked why that is he said month end - nothing they can do and did not try to retain my business.Clearly the employees there are not paid enough to care whether they have any business.

I've rented trucks from DISCOUNT for over 10 years at this location. I had a corporate account for about 7 years. When Enterprise took over they promised me the same service. From day one you get rude unhappy people serving you, service is non-existent and rates more than tripled. They cancelled a reservation THE NIGHT BEFORE I had a booking for an important delivery leaving me without a truck! I will never rent from ANY enterprise location ever again. I would even pay double the rates anywhere else before giving this company a penny of my money. But the truth is even UHAUL is cheaper!!!! Discount was not perfect but enterprise really shows you how good they were.
