Long Point Eco-Adventures

Did the 4 hour kayaking tour and it was amazing! Our guides were Leanne and Riley. They were very knowledgable and pointed out so many interesting things along our trip. I'd never tried kayaking before but feel totally confident to do it again now! Thanks so much!

Went Ziplining and absolutely loved it, great views and amazing guides. Looking forward to trying the restaurant that they have on site.

Highly recommend the Big Creek Kayaking Guided tour! My wife and I went with no experience of kayaking in a creek and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guides Josh and Ashley were extremely helpful throughout. Kayaking through the creek you'll feel one with nature with so much biodiversity both fauna and flora. What made it an adventure are the natural obstacles, fallen trees, bushes etc that we had to navigate through. Overall, 10/10!

Had an absolute blast dropping by to do some axe throwing. (Hi staff if you're reading this we were the group in the loud Hawaiian patterned shirts). Everyone is super friendly!

We had our Wedding reception dinner at Long Point Eco resort and it was GREAT! Maybe it is not your first thought that it would be a venue for such an event, but let me tell you it was perfect and so enjoyable !We got several compliments on our venue choice for being unique and cute!! We also stayed there in an elite pod which was so fun and easy. We had some guests coming from Washington State stay at the eco resort as well and talked about how cool of a place it was and enjoyable. So if you also have an event with people traveling from out of town this is a bonus that long point eco reserve offers accomodations and activities for them to enjoy if they want to!I loved the Forest Pavilon, they opened up the sides and it was a great blend of indoor outdoor space with a wonderful breeze on the perfect day.The food was also delicious and we got several compliments on it. They also provided a delicious and beautifully plated vegetarian dinner option for the guests that requested it.Everyone we worked with was a pleasure, so accomodating, responsive, helpful and kind. There was no nickel and diming us for little things that other venues will do since weddings come with a cost premium. They let us bring our own seltzers and cake and even provided plates and utencils for our deserts we brought for no extra charge or stress!!

A wonderful time, we booked our stay later in the year (mid October) and the tree colours were just amazing. It did get pretty chilly at night, but the room was equipped with a space heater that kept it nice a warm. We booked a bike tour and a mushroom foraging class and the instructors were easy to talk to, very educated in their field, and I walked away learning more than I thought I would. I will definitely be booking more classes and adventures in the future.

Stayed here for a work retreat in August and was impressed with the experience overall. Pods were a unique accommodation (though a bit hot when you first arrive - no windows were open) and the clusters allowed our group to hang out and use the bonfire. The showers were clean and I didn't get a chance to use the hot water as there was a power outage at the time no water heater), but everything seemed to work just fine.Meeting space was adequate and accessed via 2 flights of stairs, and meals/snacks were done quite well both for the meeting and for dining in the restaurant. The food was particularly delicious, generously sized and fresh, which surprised me and my team in a good way.Our team also did ziplining and the observatory tour - both were fun, but the observatory tour was particularly special and Tab (Tabitha?) as our host was terrific - she's a great storyteller and kept us captivated! The fancy telescope and seeing some cool objects through it was also quite special - not something you can do every day normally.Trails were also fun to explore and definitely helps to have a trail map from the front desk. I only wish there was water accessible for a swim onsite, but the beach is a 10 minute drive away.To bring: Flashlight and soap/shampoo, bug spray.My main feedback is that the check-in process was a bit uncoordinated and I worry too casual since names/details were not checked or confirmed. I also didn't have hot water in my pod, but otherwise no complaints,. Would visit again!

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four in one of the double queen beds suites. Overall, it was a great experience. The tent was clean, everything worked well, and the check in experience was quick and easy. The only suggestion I would recommend to make the experience even better is the resort offering a golf cart upon check in so we can move all of our belongings from the car to our tent. We couldn’t drive up to the tent, so my husband had to make multiple trips on foot to move everything from the car to our tent. It wasn’t a short walk either since we stayed at the furthest tent from the parking lot. The restaurant was also great and convenient, lots of options for all breakfast, lunch and dinner! Would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting a great glamping experience!

Excellent experience, the employees make this place. Always going above and beyond for you, I was more than thrilled.Nice yurts with modern amenities, wonderful water pressure on the showers. So many things on site, a local brewery a restaurant, zip lines and an observatory. There's an excellent winery within a five minute walk. Nice walking trails and if you mountain bike you should definitely stay here.Ultimately I cannot say enough good things about the staff though easily the best part.We will be back.

Disappointing but may be my own fault. I looked at the photos and the activities and assumed we had more water access. Basically stayed in a swamp with little to do. Expensive for what was offered. I would not recommend.
