Worst insurance do not deal with, my adjuster left one missed call i have been trying for more then 24hrs now to get a hold of her i have her extension striaght to voice mail. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone only she can deal with my case and repsonses to other employees with she will call me ... i have her name and extension but is completely unresponsive and it is for a commercial vehicle which is needed for work.

As a customer, I expect transparency and clear communication regarding any financial transactions taking place. However, your company has consistently failed to fulfill this basic requirement, resulting in significant financial distress on my end.

Worst possible insurance company. Agents like Emmanuel will prolong your claim, you might have to wait 4 months to get your car repaired after a claim. So only go for it, if it's your very last option.
