Great lifeguardsClean and well run facilityDiving board is awesome, kinda lower than most so makes landing flips funDry sauna is infrared and there's also a steam room and a hot tubNot too busy even during spring break.

My boyfriend and I just went there today for the first time for the everyone welcome swim. It was wonderful to go to. Good prices, clean bathrooms. Loved the hot tub and the pools. Didn’t use the sauna or steam room but I’m sure those are lovely too. Can’t wait to go back again.

Clean and nice. Lovely facility and staff. Be sure to look at the schedules though because not every pool is open constantly.

Fantastic!I just attended my first aquafit class as a middle age outta shape guy. All the seniors made me feel welcome and judgement free.The instructor was great and had a wonderful sense of humor.The change rooms and facilities were clean and the staff were incredibly helpful.It was so good I signed up for more.

First time I hear that you can't go take a shower in the family room (where the private shower are) without having a kid. I asked to go see the shower (cause normally in an aquatic center it's 3$ and there it's 4$) and the lady at the front looked at me like I was weird with an attitude face.So if you want to feel welcome there when you are a solo traveler, DON'T GO THERE.

Really friendly staff, clean facility. This pool has a nice wading area for kids, big hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna for adults. The lane swimming pool has a diving board and a rope swing. The showers are nice and hot and there are 2 curtained shower stalls in the womens change room. As for all pools, I recommend calling ahead before going to make sure the pool is open to the public.

This is a lovely clean, inviting complex.They have lengths times during the day, swim lessons, plus speed swimming and a synchronized swimming team.Nice to see as a retired synchronized swimmer!There are pay lockers in the changing rooms, from a quarter to two quarters per locker.Plenty of parking outside and physically challenged friendly facility.I wish Parksville had an indoor pool or just a hot tub, sauna and steam room.

I have to say this swim instructor is the best I've ever seen! Her name is Isabelle (not sure if I spelled it correctly) but she is full of energy and so friendly and introduced herself and had so much fun with the kids my son was absolutely thrilled about Preschool 1 class tonight! Can't wait to see her every week :) she deserves a raise and thank you so much for being so great at your job!!

Very clean and respectful pool staff. Front end cashier staff might consider NOT EATING when working their JOB… It’s remarkable attitude is proportional to girth and sense of entitlement. Maybe getting your head out of the trough and just be nice.
