I Went in today to pick up my new phone. There was a lady in front of me with a phone problem that they usually do not deal with in store. I watched Jesse go above and beyond and actually take a minute out for somebody to help solve her problem (something he did not have to do). This is a quality that is severely lacking in today's customer service. By the way he had the problem solved in 5 mins. Even though I had to wait a couple extra minutes for my phone I was happy to witness this. Also Jesse had contacted me the night before to set up and do my contracts so I could just walk in and grab the phone the next day. Keep doing what your doing Jesse!

Faadel M. was so knowledgeable and helpful changing my account status and adding my husband with a new phone. He was able to seamlessly complete our requests while working independently at the store today. He was even able to professionally assist and direct other customers while completing all the changes we required. I needed a tablet with cellular capability for work and I needed it to work with a specific app and I needed it quickly. Jesse Kramer was able to acquire a Samsung A7 lite in short order. When I got the tablet home, I found I couldn't get the app to work. I left a review reflecting my disappointment. I think I got a call from Jesse the next day. In a calm, polite manner, Jesse asked what the issue was. I explained to him what had transpired. He immediately arranged for me to come to the store where he was able to find a solution that met my requirements with minimal waiting for me. This situation was professionally handled by Jesse throughout. Thank you.

Placed a call to the store today to go over some questions I had about my Mom’s new cell phone plan. Was glad that Jordan was able to take the time to answer them and was thoughtful enough to ask if my Mom was able to successfully download the apps she needed. Thanks Jordan and Clearwest!
